Cozy & Spacious Slope-Side Condo - Walk to Canyon Lodge

Walking distance from Canyon Lodge! Our condo is ideal for a getaway for relaxation and adventure - and/or remote work. Our complex has an enclosed garage, game room, hot tub, pool and more (pool, game room and jacuzzi are in a shared space).

Located on the 3rd floor (NO ELEVATOR), the entire condo has high ceilings, is very spacious and is quiet since nobody is above you. Relax next to the fireplace and watch TV in any room which all are smart TVs. There is one master bedroom downstairs with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is another king bedroom upstairs, along with a loft which has a double bed/twin bed bunk with a trundle twin pull-out. The loft is ideal for kids since it has windows & blackout curtains. Washer and dryer are paid laundry (4 quarters each) on the 2nd floor. The condo is located next to Austria Hof and has very easy access to Chair 7! When you're done skiing or boarding, head down to Chair 7 and our place is a quick walk back home.

The entrance to the complex has a steep driveway so chains or 4WD is advised on winter/snow days. Mammoth Ski & Racquet does a great job of clearing the snow, but you will need chains with any snow or ice.

Walk to Village

Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children plus pet friendly. No problem with apartment while we were there. It is a climb up stairs, but we knew that going in. Close enough to Village to walk although it is a bit of a walk. We would definitely consider staying again when visiting Mammoth.

Great Location near Canyon Lifts

The location is excellent-walkable to ski lifts - bit long with ski equipment but we drove over and dropped it off then walked. The unit is clean and pleasant and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. It is a very nice set up for a family. The owner is attentive and helpful. As advertised it is a lot of steps up to the unit so probably not for everyone but we did not mind that. The negatives are that the laundry is not in unit ( as mentioned) but they leave a fairly limited amount of towels / washcloths and during a busy vacation there was not a good time to be going out of the unit to do the laundry which was slightly inconvenient. Since we flew to CA we did not bring extra towels along. Secondly there is a limited amount of hot water. The owner did warn us after we booked but we had to space out the showers and be really quick to not have a very chilly shower! The positives certainly outweigh the negatives and I would recommend. We had a wonderful visit.

Great host, perfect location

Very cozy cabin, enjoyable space and even better location. We were very close to the lifts and village which was such a blessing. Laurie is a great host as she was very responsive, detailed and friendly.

Slope side condo

The condo was so cute and such easy access to Canyon Lodge just a walk down the hill! The owner was fantastic and was always available when I needed her! She provided all the details and was great! Definitely amazing hospitality! So clean and had everything my family/friends and I needed. One thing to note were the 3 flights of stairs after snowboarding all day it was a workout and if you have heavy luggage it might be difficult but other than that incredible place!

Lovely Mammoth Weekend

My partner, our Border Collie, and I enjoyed a 3 night stay at this property in Mammoth. Everything went smoothly from the check in process to communication with the property owner to checking out. The property itself is exactly as listed (the three flights of stairs aren't for the faint of heart). It was clean and spacious and very conveniently located to the mountain (steps from Canyon Lodge) and the village. We'd definitely stay there again.

Beautiful condo in a great location.

This condo was a perfect spot for my wife, two sons, and me to spend a week as part of a larger gathering this summer. Close to town with great shops and restaurants, and also very convenient to dozens of trailheads for hiking and outdoor exploration. Laurie was an amazing host. She was on holiday in Europe, and checked in upon our arrival, & was responsive in helping to address a minor appliance issue. A local point of contact was also available and responsive. We would stay here again.

Nice and cozy

I enjoyed the stay with my family at this nice, quiet location not far from Mammoth Village. The 48 steps up were fine for me but a little much for my parents (they powered through it, though!). Keep that in mind if you have older folks in your group. Other than that, the place was very clean and comfortable. The host was especially helpful and available when I had questions or concerns, even while she was out of the country. Thanks for being a great host!

Mammoth Fishing Trip

We loved our stay. The propery was clean, well stocked (spices and cookware) to help with cooking meals and very spacious. Laurie was so helpful with the check in process. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful summer spot in Mammoth Lakes

Our family stayed for five nights and had a great experience. The rental was clean, had all kitchen supplies that we generally use at home, provided enough space to have some separation from the kids playing, and the community was quiet. It was an easy drive to the village or we could have taken the bus easily as well. Our only complaint would be that it is the top floor so quite a few stairs, although this is not within the renter’s control and it is just our family being lazy. :)We would certainly stay again!

Wonderful rental

We loved our stay at this lovely condo. Everything was as described and the place was very well stocked with everything we needed. Our family of six were all very comfortable and Laurie was so helpful.

Quiet, clean and cute walking distance to the slopes.

Super well equipped condo near the slopes. Property owner was super as well. Would stay here again! Pet friendly unit that is a huge step above other pet friendly units in this complex. Stay at this one!!!!!

Summer vacation

My family stayed at Laurie’s condo for 1 week. It had more then enough room for our kids and dog. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was stocked with everything. There are multiple areas to barbecue on the property. The pool is heated with a lovely view. The laundry was room was 1 floor down and was very efficient. The location is ideal for all summer activities. Close to the village and all the lakes. Laurie was a great communicator and answered my questions promptly. Would definitely here again next summer.

Mammoth home away from home

The place was nice, lots of natural light, plenty of room, cozy and comfortable. Walking distance to canyon lodge, garage parking for vehicle. Communication with the host and checkin was great. Would definitely stay here again

great place to stay

Very comfortable place to stay. Could have easily stayed here for weeks and been comfortable. Laurie was so nice and easy to be in contact with, provided clear instructions and details. The house was nicely decorated and stocked well. The property was nice, parking easy, clean warm pools and jacuzzi. Only downfall is the three flight of stairs (which is talked about in the listing description) but if physically can do them its worth the climb. Will stay again!

This is our dream condo. We took great pride into making it feel like home so our renters feel like it is their home away from home. We also made sure it has everything we would want in our home - being a fully stocked kitchen, smart TVs in every room and much more.

Our condo is walking distance from Canyon Lodge, which saves time and energy looking for parking on the amazing snow days! Since it's so close to Canyon, you can easily take the Gondola down to the Village to save yourself a drive (when the Gondola is running). You can also ski down to lift 7 and take a very short walk back to our condo.
