Fully stocked kitchen. Tons of outdoor space- large covered front porch, rear patio with dining table and seating, and upstairs sun deck. Just steps from the beach. Fast internet and Smart TVs.

Our Home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Clearwater Beach. We observe strict "quiet hours" after 9 p.m. to respect our neighbors.
You will be provided a limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and dish washing hand soap.
Pool and Spa heating at an additional cost of $10/day.

North CW Beach gem

Great property and property manager (thank you, Ryan!). The home’s location is literally four houses off the beach and only a short walk from the undeveloped shoreline of Caledesi Island SP. Loved our pool with full sun midday. Note: Be prepared for no cable or satellite TV (we purchased a month of Fubo on account of March Madness). Large rental next door could get loud at times, often with very short term rental changeover, but our typical solution was just to go to the beach! :) Overall, a great place… loved the huge couch and very spacious accommodations. Felt very comfortable over a months time and we a grateful to the owners for sharing their wonderful lifestyle with us! We wouldn’t hesitate to return :)))

Golden Cane Palm Paradise

I hesitate to do this review only because I don’t want to share this piece of paradise - but I can’t be selfish and others should - indeed, must - experience the incredible home that is the Bungalow. The location is fantastic. North of town, minutes walk from the soft white sands of Clearwater beach, or a quick walk or bike ride to town. The sunrises are only shadowed by the amazing sunsets- and the shells. Oh, the shells! The house is beautiful, has a great beach vibe and plenty of room for my family of five. Well appointed, stocked kitchen, and little personal touches throughout. There is a lovely covered porch in the front, with rocking chairs and beautiful rose vines. The pool and the hot tub are right out the back door, with a fun gazebo, grill and open outdoor shower - and the privacy hedge of beautiful Golden Cane Palms. Our 17, 16 and 9 year old kids loved the pool and hot tub, the walk to the national park, the beach and riding into town. The homeowners are, without a doubt, the most kind, incredible, attentive hosts we have ever met. The Bungalow is a home - not a rental - and you feel it as soon as you walk through the front door. Highly recommended - of course, unless we want to be there!
