Beautiful, spacious , modern off water pool home in SW Cape Coral, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, enjoy the sunsets from the beautiful lanai and fenced in yard for privacy, electric heated pool, cable TV, free WIFI, totally equipped, just bring your toothbrush, located in the posh neighborhood of Cape Harbor with shops, restaurant and a marina, Publix and Walmart just minutes away
There is an allowance of $56.00 per week for electric consumption, any significant higher usage will be billed with $0.18 per KWH and settled with the security deposit within one week after departure. Rate is for occupancy of 4 which is the maximum occupancy. The third picture is a virtual tour -so you can walk the entire home-
For extended stays of at least 4 weeks 15% discount, 8+ weeks 20%.

quiet getaway

a cozy, clean house for family of 4 to hang by the pool for a warm week in April.....had everything we needed, only gripe was limited tv channel availability, maybe bring a chromecast?

Pool area great !!

We enjoyed our month at Orange Blossom. The pool was sparkling clean!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed. Beach chairs were provided. And the area was great, convenient to grocery store .

Cape Coral Home

We spent a week in Cape Coral. The house closely matched the listing and pictures. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood within close proximity to Cape Harbor. The house was clean and well stocked. The outside space had a heated pool and lots of nice outdoor furniture. We were very happy with the home and our stay.

Wonderful stay at House Orange Blossom!

The location and curb appeal of House Orange Blossom exceeded our expectations. The house is lovely, clean, well maintained and stocked with plenty of linens, towels and kitchen cookware. We made good use of the beautiful pool, the many outdoor loungers and the outdoor dining table and chairs. Our host Kurt was extremely attentive and addressed all of our needs promptly. He ensured our stay was enjoyable. We love House Orange Blossom and look forward to returning next year!

The perfect vacation home

The house is located in a quiet residential area without traffic noise. It is fully equipped and furnished and decorated with love. The booking process and contact with the property management on site is completely uncomplicated. Kurt responds to questions within minutes. For us it was the perfect accommodation and if I could I would also give six stars. We will definitely come back and can fully recommend Villa Orange Blossom.

well you were NEVER in this house, only your husband for less than 1 hour and I kicked you out with a full refund for a good reason. You guys are compulsive liars. Meanwhile I do know that you wanted to stay at friends for free and so you tried to construct a complaint which I did prove already wrong. Just see all other reviews to verify my statement that you are liars

Wonderful place to unwind!

The owner takes immaculate care of this place and I can see why this is a favorite . The house is beautifully decorated and very clean . The grounds have been landscaped with palm trees which provides you your own little tropical oasis. Pool was clean and the outside area has a couple tables and lots of loungers and chairs. Great space for working on laptop and doing puzzles outside or lounging . It was just my adult daughter and myself and we enjoyed the layout with bedrooms and bathroom for each of us on the opposite side of house with a great living room and kitchen in the middle. Neighborhood was very quiet an safe. Kurt was very helpful and quick to respond to my texts. Check in and checkout very easy. Our family has stayed at a many VRBO’s and this is definitely one of our favorites!

Great House

Beautiful house with tons of amenities. It was especially helpful to have things like dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent since you can't really buy small quantities of those. Outside area is especially enjoyable. PLENTY of towels available, which was something we've had an issue with at other properties. Owner really thought of everything, and we would definitely stay again! (One small thing, the mailbox for the house is across the street, so we went to the wrong house at first, but we figured it out. Make sure you look for the number on the house, NOT on the mailbox!)

Kurt was very responsive via text. Quick answers. Had a cable problem with one of tvs. He arranged for company to come and fix it. Never met Kurt, all comms via social media. Very effective and non intrusive. Would love to rent again, but already taken for next 2 winters. Rich

We love it!

It was amazing, the renter help us because we had a really bad home before. We booked and after 3h we have to go inside! It was really nice and clean…the owner and the manager tell us everything. If we had a question, a request comes fast! The house is in a really good condition. The pool is cool and the neighborhood can not look at you! It is full of all you need for cooking, grill and other stuff. We had a amazing time at this place wich is in a really good neighborhood and you need only a few minutes to find the Marina, Publix, Restaurants. If you like to bike, their are bike lanes. All in all, it was the best decision to book that house! Thanks a lot and see you soon!

Nice home

The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean and had plenty of towels. Nice neighborhood. The reason for a lower score under the accuracy of the online listing is that we were charged extra for excess electricity use. We were rarely at the house and we had the AC off most of the time. We also watched TV about one hour in a week. The extra electricity use may have been from the pool heater. If that is the case then I feel the daily rental should be increased to include the pool heater. Over all would definitely stay there again!!

well the setting of A/C and pool heater is in control and in the hands of the occupant which is the reason for the allowance and optional surcharge. Many guests get along with the allowance but in the time you were here we had pretty cold nights so the pool heater had more work....

Beautiful home/Horrible Owner

This is a gorgeous home in a beautiful neighborhood. My husband and I brought my mom to enjoy some warm weather. But the owner was horrible to work with. One of the 3 bedrooms we paid for was locked and he refused to allow us access. (He said 2 bedrooms should be enough.) Our daughter made a last-minute decision to come join us for a few days (with our grandson) and had to sleep on the floor because we had no 3rd bedroom. He charged us for the extra people (even though we were within the allowed #) for ALL 11 days. We had to contact him to find out how to get in to the home, when the pool would be heated and what we should do before checking out. Save yourself the consternation and stay somewhere else!

Well you "forgot"to mention taht you bookedd fraudulent for a party of THREE and you arrived with a party of FIVE despite the fact this home is lisyed with a MAXIMUM occupancy of FOUR. So just stick with facts and the truth. You came with three adults and two kids -I cannot see this in your review-

Wir beide dürften für fast 14 Tage diese toll eingerichtete Location genießen. Alles vorhanden und wie in der Objektbeschreibung angegeben! „Uneinsehbare“ Poolanlage mit allem was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Wenn gewünscht, gibt es auch klasse Tipps vom wirklich netten Betreuer! Wenn machbar wird toll geholfen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, Birgit und Kurt

Attention, les frais d'électricité ne sont pas compris dans la location. Nous avons dû payer un supplément à la sortie alors que nous occupions la maison à 2 pour une capacité de 6 personnes.

Thank you for your review and sorry to tell you that you are wrong as there is the allowance of $8.00 per day included in the rent but if you run the A/C 24 hour on the limit you cause excessive energy usage which you had to pay with $24.00 as your total usage was $72.00 . Merci pour votre avis et désolé de vous dire que vous vous trompez car il y a une allocation de 8,00 $ par jour incluse dans le loyer, mais si vous utilisez la climatisation 24 heures sur limit, vous causez une consommation d'énergie excessive que vous avez dû payer avec 24,00 $ car votre utilisation totale était de 72,00 $.

An amazing property with an amazing owner. Thank you Kurt for everything. You came to our rescue after Ian when we had no where else to go. Very nice home with a great pool and yard.
