Teri's Cozy Condo was exactly that. Super clean, comfy bed with great pillows, everything you need is there for you to use.Location is quiet, complex is clean and safe. 5 minute drive to the beach, grocery store is 3 minutes away.I will definitely stay here again next time I plan on going to Lake Havasu

Comfortable and convenient place

This property worked well for us, as it did on the previous time we stayed here. We appreciate having this comfortable unit to stay in while we are in Lake Havasu!

Cozy and convenient property

Nice and cozy property, close to the main strip of town. Very quiet with the pool right in the center of the complex. Terri (owner) was very quick to respond. We will hopefully be back.

I have stayed at Hidden Palms a number of times over the past 20 years. It’s a basic, well-maintained property that is in a perfect location for me. We will stay again.

We came for a family celebration and the condo was in a perfect location. Close to everything. Parking was great and NO issues with water pressure. We especially appreciated the 3 gallon water dispenser with the heat during the Labor Day weekend. This condo is all about location, location. We highly recommend it, and would definitely stay here again.

Hot water

The condo and host are excellent. The water pressure and temp is not acceptable. I have stayed in this complex in the past but in a different condo and had the same experience. I suspect the building itself might have issues.

I enjoyed my stay. The condo was clean and bright. I do like the cold water dispenser. Plenty of towels. Highly recommended and I am already planning my next stay here
