Enjoyed our Havasu stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had what we needed. The girls liked having a bunk bed and we love the location. This ground floor is convenient as well. The bed were comfy and it looked like they did a few upgrades since we were here last. The price is right and we will be back!

Awesome location!

The location near restaurants, the channel, and the London Bridge was perfect. We walked everywhere we needed or wanted to go. We rode our bikes around the island. Queen's Bay Resort was quiet yet active. We enjoyed our little get away from eastern AZ! The only glitch we experienced was the check in instructions need to be updated.

Love staying here at Queens Bay

We enjoyed our stay at Queens Bay. The location to restaurants and to the lake is so convenient and enjoyable. We also love the heated pool and hot tubs. This condo had everything we needed and was ground level which is nice. Thanks for a great stay.

Great place, great spot

Convenient location on ground floor. Short walk to the channel and bridge. We did have an issue getting correct codes that took some time to resolve. Evolve and host worked hard to fix it and we had a great stay. Condo is clean and has everything you need.

Great condo next to London Bridge

This place was perfect! The slider door opened to the parking lot which was so helpful for loading/unloading in the hot weather. The condo had everything we needed. Super clean with great decor. It was easy to get in/out of the secured parking lot. We did have one hiccup with the security code as it was changed in the middle of our stay and we were not notified. Someone in the pool told us and we actually told a few other guest/renters in other units. I would rent this unit again.

Seamless checkin process, the security guard was very helpful with giving us a quick run down on the property and the local attractions. Swimming pool and hot tub were both amazing. We used them everything night. The VRBO was well stocked and very nice, very nice location.

Location was awesome! Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Nice place! A few things need attention. No lock on the outside side door. A broom handle was the lock so we couldn’t enter and exit from the parking lot. The on demand hot water heater doesn’t function properly. New pots and pans and silverware need to be purchased. We would stay here again!! Still an awesome place! Comfortable beds👍

The place was as advertised! easy check in and check out. Only issue I had was the only communication was approx 2 weeks before our check in date, good thing I took a screen shot of instructions.

Great location terrible communication

The location and the property itself were awesome. It was near everything we wanted to do. However, I realized only after we got there that I never received the email with the suite number and how to get into the room. I messaged on the app where it says contact the host several times and NEVER received a response, so I called VRBO customer service where I waited on the phone for over an hour to speak to someone. She resolved the issue by…contacting the host…. I just think the host should be more available and it should be easier to contact someone if there are any issues. Thank god we didn’t have any other issues otherwise it would have taken for ever to get ahold of someone

Great location and very comfortable!!

Loved the property and the condo. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. We only had one issue which as no access to the pool. We did not have a key and did leave a message for property management. We have a boat so spent time on the Lake but a dip in the pool would have been nice. The only other issue was the guest room ceiling fan needs to be replaced, it makes very loud clanging noise when turned on. Other than those two minor issues it was great.. Btw someone’s (previous guest) medication was left in the fridge (just an FYI)

Great location with Secure access

We were very impressed with this property. I was there for a large fishing tournament and having a secure gated parking lot with boat parking was a must. The condo was very clean and updated and a very short walk to the London Bridge area for accessing the restaurants and bars. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great condo, super convenient 1st floor.

Great condo, very clean, comfortable. Patio is on parking lot but this makes it super convenient of getting baggage, heavy coolers etc in and out of condo. Would book again in a heartbeat!
