This spacious 1,646 square-foot home sleeps up to six guests across two floors, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, lanai with BBQ grill, and access to resort amenities including pools, hot tub, and fitness facilities. Your stay includes the Mauna Lani Beach Club Pass, beach gear with chairs and boogie boards, plus complimentary WiFi and parking. Enjoy world-class Big Island activities from boating and snorkeling to whale watching and hiking, all within arm's reach of your comfortable island sanctuary. Fairways at Mauna Lani 704 is located in Building 7 at the Fairway at Mauna Lani in the Mauna Lani Beach Resort.

MAUNA LANI BEACH CLUB PASS: Your stay will include a pass card to the private parking area for the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a beach area on the South end of the Mauna Lani Resort. It is a white sandy cove with calm water. There are lounge chairs available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a full service restaurant adjacent to the beach area.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
TELEVISION: TV'S located in Living Room, Primary Bedroom and Guest Bedroom
PARKING: Parking for one car on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
NON SMOKING: This vacation rental is a smoke free property. No smoking allowed on the premises.
PET POLICY: Pets not allowed
BABY EQUIPMENT: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please reach out for references to for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
"START UP SUPPLIES" PROVIDED: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Condo was well-appointed and had everything we needed to be comfortable! We loved the beach club - perfect spot for kids to swim safely, amazing snorkeling right off the shore, and always nice to enjoy a meal at the beach club restaurant.

The only critique is that instructions were not listed how to access pool and fitness center (keys were on a table in the entryway but no written instructions for what they went to). Also listing said there was a double sleeper sofa in the larger room upstairs but it was a single sleeper.

Superb Hawaiian location

We stayed at the Fairways once before in a different townhouse, and we were equally happy with our stay in #704. Nicely appointed, clean, and a great location. It had a nice kitchen setup, but only salt and pepper, so bring a few spices and oil or butter for cooking. We'd happily stay again!

Great Vacation Rental

This is not our first time staying in Mauna Lani, but the first time in the Fairways, and I’ll say it was a great place. They had all the beach toys we needed for access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The kitchen was well stocked and proximity to the grocery store, and Auberge was ideal. The Host company was extremely responsive, and we would stay here again!

Absolutely perfect!

We had the best time here! Super comfortable accommodations with all the amenities needed to enjoy a week in Hawaii. Super clean. Worked out just great for our family of 4. Can’t wait to come back!!

Gated community with great views. Very quiet. Lots of walking and biking available within and around this neighborhood. Felt safe.

Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful family vacation at this townhouse in the Fairways area of Mauna Lani. The unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed - including 4 beach chairs and towels. The pool and hot tub at the complex were great. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. I loved having access to the Mauna Lani beach club - great snorkeling and it made for very easy beach access. We loved our visit and would happily stay here again.

Property is great ! Good access with calm and relaxing community. Well kept. Only down is when coming from the beach full of sand there are not place to rinse off but that can be washed away with the beautiful sunset from patio!

Fairways is in a great location. close proximity to foodland and fairmont. very quiet and peaceful love that a beach wagon was made available. really helped with treking stuff to the beach. only suggested improvement… would live to have had access to cruiser bikes!

New Favorite!

Our family has been returning to the Kohala Coast for many years. This was our first time staying in Mauna Lani community. We love it! Property was easily accessible - from obtaining parking pass, parking and proximity to market/beach/shops. Interiors are cozy, nicely decorated and clean. Private location within community and a nice view of the golf course from lanai and upper balcony. Beds were very comfortable as well.

Outstanding vacation

The property is in great location and in excellent condition. Everything is functional, plenty of beach stuff, like chairs, towels, boards, and toys. Kitchen is fully stuffed. The condo complex is our favorite in this area, having great pool, gym, and at walking distance to stores and a shore park. Interaction with managing company was easy and pleasant. We received all the instructions as promised in clear and simple form and did not have any questions. Overall, we had an outstanding vacation as expected.

Location, Comfort, Style

We love the location close to the Fairmont and its beach and shoreline, and close to Foodland Farms. It’s near Waikoloa Resort and more shops, but far enough away that the crowds are not present. The condo has everything you need: comfortable furnishings, a well stocked kitchen, extras like beach towels and quality beach chairs, and privacy. The unit is well laid out, with a spacious primary bedroom and bath. The complex has excellent and well maintained landscaping, and the large pool nearby is great for laps, or for playing with kids.

Class Act

We have stayed at different Fairway properties and this was by far the best experience. Comfortable home away from home. Other properties were definitely not as well cared for all the amenities, plus shocker laundry soap and dish washing detergent. It’s the little things that make the difference. Clearly they want their guests to enjoy they’re stay.
