The Space:
Classic beach living in the heart of Ocean City. Bungalow 10 has a prime location within a short walk of the beach, boardwalk, bay, restaurants, nightlife, attractions and more. Large living room with ample seating and a separate dining space. Fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Bedroom one features two full-beds and bedroom two features a single queen-bed. Televisions in every room with full cable and WiFi packages. Full bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from the entire condo. Lots of windows throughout the condo provide nice natural light. Large front and rear decks are a great place to relax after a long day in the sun and the sand. The unit has two designated off-street parking spaces and there is plenty of additional free parking in the area. What are you waiting for ? Come make some memories at the beach! Linen and towel package included with the reservation. Management Fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. Please note this is the first floor apartment. General Policies
Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old.

The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.

Maximum occupancy is noted on the listing and related materials. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.

Guest shall not host, or permit to be hosted, any parties at the property at anytime. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.

Pets are prohibited at the property. Violation of this policy shall be grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund. Guest will be responsible for all associated cleaning costs.

No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. If smoking or vaping does occur on the premises, Guest will be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.

Your booking includes $1000 in accidental damage coverage, however any property damage needs to be reported immediately to Coastal Life Vacations to avoid additional charges and/or legal claims.

Rental booking includes a complete linen and towel package. Guest will be responsible for supplying their own paper products, toiletries, trash bags, beach towels and beach equipment.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

Great location

Location is key. Close to all the things my kids wanted to do. Property was well maintained with two covered first floor porches.

Perfect quiet spot!

This place was very clean! They supplied everything you’d need to cook with and more. Loved the location of being a few blocks from the beach. Being around other bungalows made it a peaceful experience. I would say it was worth the extra money to stay here over a hotel!

My friends and I really enjoyed this place!

My friends and I had a great experience staying at this property! We had some minor issues (lockbox not working, and bathroom light was out). However, communication with the owner was excellent and the issues were fixed promptly. Definitely recommend staying here!

I would not recommend for a family

I would say this place is more set up for a senior week party than a family rental. Upon arrival, floors were filthy enough to make feet black in minutes, food was clearly still on the dishes and utensils while back in the drawer, we cleaned the inside of the fridge before putting things in it, lots of flies (brad the property manager told me this was normal. We killed 15 in the first two days and they were still with us for the rest of the stay), broken tile in the kitchen, a broken screen on the side window, a broken whole in the lamp in the living room, cigarette burns in a few places, a piece of trim on the front porch with nails sticking up, and a really busted up sink in the bathroom. The sink had a huge hole busted in the right side of the bowl part on the inside. Brad from coastal life vacations, our contact on the rental, stated that the cleaning staff told him and he was hoping to have it fixed before we checked in at our agreed time. Brad told us we could use the busted sink on low pressure till it was replaced. This speedy time frame clearly was not the case as it was finally replaced on day 4 of our 5 day stay. I definitely would not rent this as a family again.

Great location, terrible property manager and experience

Checking into the property wasn’t an issue due to the fact we found the door open upon arrival. The home hadn’t been cleaned, the master bed was broken, a CO2 detector was chirping in the kitchen, the light above the dining room table wasn’t working (found later that evening along with no working light in the bathroom). The couch we were going to use as a sleeper sofa was broken and not in any condition to be slept on. After making contact with the property owner listed, the home was cleaned and the master bed was fixed however we went without lighting which was difficult at night and two members of our party slept on the floor which was unacceptable. I contacted the property owners four times during our stay via text and called multiple times prior to our departure, after our departure and the day following. No response. I then contacted them via email requesting a refund due to the sleeping arrangements. No response. I sent a message via VRBO. No response. It wasn’t until I opened a case with VRBO that got their attention and I was informed “they had other priorities and end of the month billing to finalize and someone would get back to me”. After 48 hours I contacted them back. I was told “there was nothing they could do for me that it was my responsibility to make sure it was fixed and I should have continued to follow up”. I’m sorry, I’m on vacation and not spending every second of my time tracking people down people when I have already called and texted multiple times and sent emails and messages via apps. If I could leave pictures on here I would! PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Great location but terrible management!

Overall Good Experience

The pictures were an accurate description of the property. The location was perfect and super convenient. The unit could have been a bit cleaner. The ceiling fans and air vents were covered in a thick layer of dust. The only real complaint was that the renters above us consistently smoked marijuana and our entire unit smelled of it. This was not ideal for us and especially for our kids. Other than that we were happy with the property and all that OC has to offer.

Great location, very cute, few shortcomings

This is a great location with decent walk ability. The place is cute and we loved that it had 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom. The bathroom didn't have a trash can, which proved to be fairly inconvenient. Also, the drains didn't properly drain. Showering would be annoying because you had to wait for the water to drain before the next could go. And same with brushing your teeth. Also the bathroom would benefit from some floating shelves so there were easy places to put bathroom belongings, especially for a long stay. All in all I would stay here again, and these few things could easily be fixed. The place is small but set up very well to be comfortable for all staying. The bathroom, almost everything about it, was really the only real down downfall. Our issues could all be fixed with a good plumber, a trashcan, and maybe floating shelves.

About what I exepcted

Other than not feeling totally safe because the front door deadbolt was broken the property was as expected. Only the locked knob on front door was working and its quite easy to get passed those.

Great Location, and meets all basic needs

This is definitely a what you see is what you get rental. Everything from the description and pictures perfectly depicts what your expectations should be. The property well also thoroughly cleaned with the exception of sandy floors. The location in 10th street was an awesome place to be for both the board walk and beach. One thing I really disliked was the parking, due to rain the parking in the back was very flooded and swampy with no prior warning. Highly recommend at least investing in gravel for future renters. But that was a very small inconvenience compared to the rest of the experience. Would definitely recommend to families of 5 or friend groups of 6.
