I chose this location for its incredible walkability and convenient access to the best of Evanston. We are just a short, pleasant stroll to the heart of Downtown Evanston, meaning world-class restaurants, boutiques, and theaters are always within easy reach. The proximity to Northwestern University adds a vibrant, intellectual energy to the area, and being near Lake Michigan provides the unique luxury of escaping to the beautiful shoreline and parks whenever we want.

It’s a friendly, tree-lined scene that feels residential and quiet, yet offers the pulse of a dynamic city right around the corner.
