Nice clean property with good amenities, plenty of restaurants nearby and excellent/safe free parking included. Communication with host and her responsiveness was exceptional! We had a small maintenance problem and literally within 2 minutes of reporting it, a maintenance employee was at our door and immediately fixed it. Would recommend this property for visiting Evanston and surrounding areas.

back in our neighborhood!

This was such a lovely stay in the neighborhood we used to live in. A very easy and clear check in process, instructions to the garage and unit were clear and concise. Laundry in unit was a pleasant added bonus. Will definitely stay again next time we are in town!

Excellent location and perfect Evanston stay

The management (Michelle) is very good at this property. It was clean and well maintained. If you need anything she gets it for you immediately. I will be back! Beautifully furnished, a nice balcony and the pool and deck area are lovely.

Nice place. Very clean. It was just my daughter and I visiting some colleges so we didn't really cook or anything. Very responsive owners/management who you could reach out via text which was nice. Would stay here again.

Great location and amenities

Loved the secure location of this unit. Having the assigned parking space in a secure parking garage was an added bonus. The roll away bed was a surprise. Plenty of towels, bedding, and kitchen appliances. Added perks were beach towels, bag, ironing board, laundry supplies, and a box fan (a huge hit for my family). There was a nice community center and work area that my husband utilized during our stay. The pool was very nice as well as the patio. This location was very quiet and clean. I felt safe walking to Target and a few other places in the area.

Beautiful apartment in Evanston

This apartment is beautiful, very clean, spacious, and in a great location. We utilized the parking garage included - it was an adventure parking our F150 in there but so convenient! It was cozy and so comfortable - wouldn’t change a thing Michelle texted to make sure we had all we needed and was so kind. We would stay here again

Location was within walking distance to much of what Evanston has to offer, as well as public transportation to Chicago. Quiet building and parking garage was a convenient. Condo was clean and comfortable. We did have a couple questions during our stay and communication was prompt and helpful.

We stayed for 3 weeks at this modern apartment in Evanston and found it to be a comfortable and convenient home base for our stay in the area. An easy walk to Northwestern Univ, public transit (the "L" and Metra rail), groceries, big box stores, and restaurants, we found it easy to do everything we wanted without having a car. When we first arrived, there were a few kitchen items we thought were missing, so we contacted Michelle, the condo's host, who immediately responded and provided the items we requested. Communication was great, including getting a heads up when the local power utility planned to cut electricity for a couple hours one day during our stay. In terms of safety, the building felt very secure. required a key-fob for entry, and is in a very safe-feeling area. Being a second-story unit, we felt safe having windows open at night to let cool air in (instead of running the A/C). The only drawback of the unit is that it faces out on a busy road, so traffic/emergency vehicle noise is pretty significant if you open things up (although certainly much quieter at night). In terms of amenities, the unit was great: excellent pressure in the shower, all essential kitchen appliances for coffee/tea/etc (including a wide selection of teas), modern TV with Netflix/Disney provided, fold-out desk, full-size washer/dryer, and comfortable, foam king-sized bed. The decor was also modern and appealing. For two of us, we felt very comfortable and at-home here.
