Designer Dream Home with 3 KING Beds

Our stylish 3 bedroom home will be your home away from home. Can accommodate 6 guests. We've spared nothing to create a clean, comfortable, and open floor plan. The interior of the house is all new. All guest rooms enjoy King size beds for your ultimate sleeping comfort. Bathrooms are stylish with dual shower heads. All rooms have 55" TV's equipped with ROKU TV and all TV apps you desire. Our location is central to all Orange county attractions (Disney, beaches, etc..) 100's of wonderful restaurants are within a 2 minute drive from the town-home. Two car garage in included. Self Check-In. You will be happy here. :)

Great place!

Great place and location. Only suggestion would be to protect or cover the deck patio cushions. Otherwise this place has all that you need.

Perfect home base for visiting the area

The unit was just perfect for our group of five - nicely decorated, clean, convenient. Also very nice to have access to the garage. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Family visit

We enjoyed our time visiting family, we were located less than a mile from our family, there was plenty of room for us, secure parking in the garage, and the place was very clean and well kept, all the appliances looked new, we even did our laundry, we will definitely use this again

Great Neighbourhood

The place was exactly as pictured, modern, clean with lots of amenities. The shower in the primary bedroom was amazing, the bed very comfortable. The neighbourhood felt safe, and we were lose to grocery stores. Black-out blinds would help in the bedrooms to help with car headlights. We would stay here again.

Easy Access

We were visiting Dana Point for The Ohana Festival. The property was not too far away from the event and beaches in the area. The property looked to be newly updated but carpets were very dirty and the kitchen sink had a terrible smell. However, we weren’t there to just stay inside. The beds were comfortable and the property met our needs.

Good location , safe . Clean house. Our family had a great time. Love the BBQ option , Need it toiletry . Our car was towed . Don’t park in front of the garage over night , park in the garage . 😟

Clean and Comfortable

Very clean, comfortable and convenient location for us. Garage parking and keyless entry were nice. My only suggestions are more bathroom amenities…Soap or body wash, wash cloths and more towels. No toilet paper dispenser in master bathroom.

Awesome newly remodeled property.

The property was in a great location. We were going to our neices HS graduation in Lake Forest and were a mile from our other family. Easy to get to the beach as well as the Disneyland Parks! It was very comfortable, pretty much anything you could need. The patio is wonderful and the dining area was great for us too. I loved the long table for the food we bought. We would not hesitate to rent this place again! The owner is very responsive I give it the highest rating you can give. I loved that even though the pictures didn't show furniture on the patio. There was plenty of sitting with the L couch and the chairs. Thanks for a making our stay easy and comfortable.

Comfy place with super convenient access to the Ohana festival

We had a great time. The place was very comfortable. If I had a few suggestions it would be to find a way to make a few of the beds a bit softer. Maybe soft pillowtops could help. The underside of the island in the kitchen could be cleaned. These really are nitpicks. We didn't have difficulty using the garage so we didn't have to park on the street. The kitchen was very usable. There was plenty of space. The community pool was nice if a bit cold. The wifi and all of the tvs worked well. No real complaints.

Recent Family Stay

Overall it was a nice stay. So much better than a hotel with kids! It was a clean and comfortable space. The beds were great. Some minor repairs are needed. The front porch light bulb was out, the bath tub drain didn't hold so I had to use a towel, the kitchen sponge was not new for our stay and there was no fence on the balcony of the outdoor area which anyone could step off of or a kid fall off of. The garage door also did not work properly and one person had to run in/out to close it to get the car out. Great place but needs some care & maintenance.

Great Vacation Place to Stay!

This was a long awaited trip to take our grandchildren and their friends so we could take them to the beach as well as the Disneyland Parks! We tried to find something in between places and we hit the jackpot with Lake Forest especially with this town home. It was very comfortable and all the kids had a king bed which they enjoyed. They had everything that was needed including dishes and pans for cooking. The patio is wonderful and the dining area was supreme as was the home. We hope to be visiting there again soon and we would not hesitate to rent this place again! The owner is very responsive and helped us with various questions immediately!! I give it the highest rating you can give. My 5 year old granddaughter gave the highest compliment when she said "Nana I really love this house! Even better than my own" LOL

Will stay again!

We were looking for a place for our family of 4 while visiting family in the area. The location was perfect and convenient to anything we needed. Our only regret was not having more time to enjoy the relaxed vibe of the home (and the weather did not cooperate with my plans to enjoy the well furnished patio). The house was clean and well stocked. Beds were not super comfortable but fine for a few nights. Neighborhood felt safe and was pretty quiet. We unfortunately didn’t realize we had access to the garage and off street parking until our last day, but street parking was not a big deal for us. Jon was always super responsive to questions. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we visit.
