Beautiful house just steps from an amazing, quiet white sand beach. House was fully equipped with everything you need to cook. Pool was very comfortable with patio furniture and umbrellas. Overall we had a great time. Would highly recommend.

We stayed here for my bachelorette weekend and everything was perfect! Short walk to the private beach, clean space and close to lots of great places. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is wonderful and we will definitely be a return guest once the construction next door is complete. It didn't ruin our trip by any means but it was very obnoxious to be woken up by the banging at 7-730 every morning. Also the wifi was out our entire trip which was out of their control but since that's the only way any of the TV's work we had to get a hotspot to be able to watch the college baseball games on. Beach was immaculate, property is in a great location and I was shocked how peaceful and quiet everything was when construction crews weren't present.

The ocean view is very small. You are right behind another house. Overall our stay was great but the unit has some minor issues that need to be addressed, such as several doors need to be adjusted so than can shut, the washer was left closed and it smelt like sewage when we got there, but a clean of the washer fixed that. The mattress in the first bedroom is hard as a rock and has dips in it, and the A/C was struggling to cool the unit. We left it on 69 but it never got to that temperature. The condo is nice and we would stay there again.

Great location

The property was perfect, very clean, very nice and close to the beach. The beach wasn't crowded in this location. Great stay and will look to stay here again.

Check in was very easy, came in an email days before our arrival so everything was ready to go! Great property but lots of stairs so be prepared. Also the early check out time of 9am was a shock but all good!

Access to the beach is fantastic. For us, that was the biggest selling point and it was worth it! Condo layout was perfect for our needs. Note that there are two flights of stairs to get to the condo, in case you have anyone with physical limitations in your group. We would stay there again!

gulf side of 30A

only a parking lot and boardwalk away from the white sands; makes all the difference in the world! Loved the clean white and bright decor of Beach Haus!

Construction and lots of noise. Not happy.

I’m leaving a bad review due to construction. I also paid a a significant fee to have a pool heated, it was not heated on arrival. Also, the two homes/condos in front of ours had nonstop construction, including a constant crew from 6am in the morning until 7pm at night. It was the same HOA so it’s easy to assume that the owners of my condo were aware. This construction included hammers and wheeled grinders running all day long. The pool had white debris floating in it from this construction crew. The property had no one cleaning the pool so I was inclined to clean it to keep the floating debris out of my children’s mouth. I was not informed about any construction (or given a discount) for the constriction taking place which made our vacation not so relaxing. Perhaps look somewhere else, because the construction was not complete. We should’ve been informed. I paid top dollar for a not so top dollar experience.

Tyler, it’s disappointing to see your review, especially given how misleading and inaccurate many of your claims are. First, the assumptions you've made about the property are incorrect. We manage a single unit within a group of six buildings, each with its own HOA. There are over a dozen individually owned and operated units in the subdivision. We are not informed of, nor responsible for, projects taking place in areas outside of the property we manage. Regarding the pool heat—there was no additional charge during the month of your stay, and the heater was on and functioning upon your arrival. It was also serviced mid-week per the HOA’s pool maintenance schedule at 5:00 a.m., and verified to be running at that time. As for the debris you mentioned, it’s most likely seasonal pollen, which is common in the spring and difficult to avoid in outdoor spaces. Importantly, you never brought any of these concerns to our attention during your stay. We reached out to check in, and at no point did you communicate any issues. It's hard to address concerns when they’re not shared until after departure. Finally, contrary to your claim about paying "top dollar," your rate was actually discounted due to your last-minute booking. In hindsight, offering that reduced rate was clearly a mistake. We value honest, constructive feedback—but we won’t tolerate false claims. We kindly ask that you book elsewhere in the future.

Beach Haus Summer Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can honestly say that our recent stay at the Beach Haus was amazing. The unit was very clean, spacious, and close to everything. We absolutely loved the master suite. The entire units decor was very modern/costal which we loved. The kitchen was well equipped with a large island that we gathered around daily. Joey and team were great as he would quickly respond with any ask. I would definitely recommend the Beach Haus. Thanks again for an amazing vacation!!Chris

Great location , easy access to beach

The condo was very nice., clean, and enough room for 2 couples, 1 adults, and one teen . Only reason for the 4 stars was there was a few very minor maintenance issues that was correct immediately. Response form management company excellent.

Perfect!

This condo is the perfect location and setting for a great beach vacation. Steps from the beach, pool, and bike path. Ice cream about a minute walk and great pizza right down the street. The condo was spacious for our extended family and we loved the balcony. Great stay!
