OIB is a quaint island off the coast of NC. Crossing the bridge you immediately feel calm as you breathe in the fresh air. There are several restaurants, stores, 2 coffee shops, putt putt and a small convenient shop for last minute grocery items and fresh seafood. Off the island, you'll find grocery stores, drug stores, shopping and many more restaurants. You can rent beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes.

Inside the Condo
This beachfront condo just steps from the beach! Recently renovated, you'll enjoy the high end finishes and well appointed spaces. The kitchen is a cook's dream with a spacious layout, appliances, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and lots of storage for your things! The white shaker cabinets, arabesque tile backsplash and white quartz counters make the space feel open, clean and airy. The layout makes it comfortable for multiple guests to be cooking, grabbing coffee, or just hanging out at the oversized peninsula enjoying conversation and meal prep. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need from a low county boil to spaghetti night. You'll also find handy pantry items like spices, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, trash bags and lots of other extras to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable! The large peninsula seats 6 for dinners and don't forget game night!

Condo | Bedrooms
All 3 bedrooms are on one level and have their own Roku smart TV's. We provide fiber internet so everyone can enjoy high speed wifi on their devices. Each bedroom is located off the main living space offering privacy for those who want to nap after a fun day at the beach. The barn door offers additional quiet for the primary and 2nd bedrooms from the main living space. The oceanfront primary bedroom offers a full bathroom with tiled shower and extra privacy situated away from the main living area. The 2nd bathroom is full size with a bathtub/shower combination. Enjoy outside time on the covered balcony watching the ocean waves with string lights for a fun vibe. There's even a front porch with seating for additional outdoor space. New HVAC with Halo air purification system offers cooler, cleaner air.

Outside | Things to do Nearby
Myrtle Beach, Wilmington and Southport are all under an hour drive and make great day trips for those who want more shopping or adventures touring the area. Swamp Park is neaby for Ziplining and ATV rentals

Important | Things to Note:
Linens are provided for all 4 beds, including bath towels.
This community does not allow golf carts or boat parking.
There are 2 community charcoal grills on the property.
Guests have access to the community pool.
This unit has a door camera for security. Blocking camera, bringing guests over capacity and pets will be handled as agreed to in contract.
Parking is free at our condo. OIB offers paid parking in public spaces.
