Ocean Isle Beach NC | Oceanfront Condo Complex

Ocean Isle Beach (OIB) is a charming, laid-back island on the NC coast. Once you cross the bridge, the pace slows and vacation begins. Enjoy local restaurants, shops, coffee spots, putt-putt, a wine bar and a small market for fresh seafood as well as last-minute groceries. Just off the island are grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping, and additional dining. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes are available to rent nearby.

Located on the west end, this recently updated condo is just steps from the beach and thoughtfully designed for comfort, style, and easy coastal living.

Bc OIB doesn't permit pets on the beach during the summer, we do not allow guests to bring pets. Noise ordinance-$1k fine paid by guest to OIBPD.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was incredibly clean when we arrived, which made us feel comfortable right away. The outdoor seating area was a great bonus. We really enjoyed spending time outside relaxing and listening to the ocean. The beds were very comfortable, and the bedding was fresh and cozy, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely stay here again!

The house was very clean, very close to the beach, unfortunately, there were a lot of cockroaches. We saw then crawling on the ceilings in both the bedroom and the kitchen. Yes, the complex is oceanfront, however unit B3 doesn't have an ocean view. We were very disappointed that the description of the condo was not clearer. This was my first visit to OIB, and I really loved the beach here, but we will not be returning to this condo.

Towels and bedroom necessities were there onsite and had plenty for the wk. Took extra toilet paper and paper towels but those were also there. Quiet and peaceful. Beds need to be a little more softer. Easy access to the beach alot of steps if u stay on 3rd floor.

My family enjoyed the pool and the beach just steps away . The condo was newly renovated , clean and had everything you could need. Communication through the entire process was easily understandable . I would stay here again.
