Welcome to Lost in the Woods! This newly built cabin, completed in 2021, is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the lovely Smoky Cove community. With room to sleep 12 people, this incredible cabin is the perfect place to build memories with your family and friends!

Centrally located to the Great Smoky Mountains, Lost in the Woods gives you easy access to theme parks, big adventures, shows, shopping, dining, hiking and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The golfer in your group will be eager to hit the links on Bent Creek Golf Course, and everyone will love hanging out in the rec room or visiting the resort’s seasonal pool. Whether you're looking for adventure or relaxation, Lost in the Woods truly has something for everyone!

You’ll immediately be taken with the attention to detail in this five-bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom log cabin, from the stone fireplace and soaring ceilings to the wood floors and rustic décor. Lost in the Woods has an expansive living area offers plenty of seating with oversized leather seating options. The huge stone fireplace with a wood mantel invites guests to relax and catch up after a busy day of fun. Lost in the Woods’ seating area is separated from the kitchen by a beautiful farmhouse dining table with plenty of seating for family meals and board games. The gorgeous kitchen includes a wide breakfast bar and kitchen island designed for maximum efficiency, preparing and tidying up after meals is as painless as possible. In addition to stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove, there is also a microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, crock-pot and all the utensils, dinnerware and cookware you might need.

With accommodations for 12, Lost in the Woods has room for everyone to be comfortable. Four of the five bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds while the fifth has a queen-size bunk bed. All five bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms, TVs and ceiling fans, and are beautifully furnished and decorated, each with its own unique charm. The primary bathroom also features a large soaking tub in addition to a beautiful shower. Lost in the Woods is full of luxuries and conveniences that we hope will make your stay warm, restful and memorable. Whether you need to keep up with work or share your amazing photos, Wi-Fi is available. The rec room contains plenty of diversions, including pool and an air hockey table, theater seating with a large-screen TV for movie nights and an additional seating area. Central air and ceiling fans ensure everyone stays comfortable. A half bathroom offers extra convenience, and a washer and dryer make it easy to freshen up your wardrobe. All towels, linens and bedding are provided. There is even a hot tub on the patio and an expansive deck with comfortable seating, a perfect place to enjoy that first cup of coffee in the morning.

The Biggest negative for this house is having a steep staircase with no door or way to close it off in the main living area in front of the front door. We have very small grand children, ages 6, 3 and 2 all of which would have been hurt badly had they fallen down the staircase. We ended up laying one of the wooden chairs on it's side in front of the opening. The second negative is the metal stripping on the step and ledge in the theater room. One of our grands cut his foot on it. The nails are sticking out of it. The last negative is one of the grands was sitting on one of the rocking chairs on the back porch and it fell apart under him making him fall to the floor crying--thankfully he wasn't hurt too bad.There's several things the owners should do to make this house more safe. The kitchen could also use some new pots and pans--no one wants to cook using items that are scratched and look very old and the stove/range unit does not cook correctly. The oven is very hard to get the temperature right, it burns on one side of the pan and the other side of the pan wasn't even done.Other than that, the house is very roomy and we enjoyed our stay other than the above mentioned items. Sadly, we won't be back until the grands are much older--but would stay again once they are several years older.

Beautiful Large Cabin home - Ten stars all day long !!

This was a family trip with 7 adults, 4 kids 8-5 and an 8 month old and 1 dog. House is beautiful, accommodations are great. All descriptions are spot on, and it is better then the pictures! The "kids room" (aka queen bunk beds) are downstairs with the game room and theater. Every room having their own bath is incredible. Jet bath tub and waterfall showers are such a luxury and everything is so roomy!! A couple small things, just for the owners awareness - outside fireplace wasn't working (we did not call for maintenance though) Upstairs right bedroom lamp needs bulb replaced (daughter loved how beautiful the lamps lit) upstairs toilet handles aren't the best and sometimes keep the toilet running, main floor first bedroom bath had bulbs out, and basement tub needs a plug so it can be filled for a bath. When we did call for maintenance (hot tub water got murky) the response was quick and was resolved! We truly have no complaints!! Kitchen is well stocked, appliances are top notch. I can't even imagine needing anything else. We give this 10 stars all day long, and would absolutely rent again and again!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home :)

This property is magnificent!

Everything in the description about this property is spot on! I was worried after reading a couple of negative reviews. No need to worry about loose flooring or fireplace is not working! All of this has been repaired and is 100%! The movie theater is incredible, we had a party of eight celebrating my 36.5 years retirement. We had movie night, and that alone in the theater was worth the price of admission! One of the most beautiful homes I’ve ever stayed in and both the inside and outside gas fireplaces were wonderful! Very quiet and relaxing while also a short drive to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood! When I plan a trip to this area again, and I will, this will be the home where we will stay!

Very Disappointing

I will start off with the positives, the cabins location and curb appeal were great. Now on to the experience, Upon arrival we found the outside chairs to be old, brittle and mushrooms growing on 2 of the tables 1 chair was broken. The fire places were inoperable and fallen limbs on the back decks and all around the yard We contacted Jackson Mountain Rentals within the 1st hours of arrival. They sent out one of their maintenance workers, he removed the broken chair (never replaced) and scraped off the mushrooms growing on the two tables and thew them along with the limbs over the deck onto the ground. The flooring through out the house was not glued down or secure, come to find out by reading the comment book that this has been a issue since 2020. None of the rooms match up with the bathrooms as numbered in the pictures. you have what appears to be the master bathroom in the pictures is actually on the down stairs floor off the room with the bunk beds, the doors were scratched up from previous tenants pets, the bunkbeds were colored with marker. One of our guested had their bed fall apart with them on it. We tried contacting the Management Company and were basically told Sorry for the inconvenience but the best we can do is refund you a couple hundred dollars in compensation. Basically the host fee. When you pay a few thousand for a weeks stay a couple hundred is nothing. We have use VRBO for all of our booking and never had an experience like this one.

Loved and would stay again!

Great place! Loved all the amenities. Our family really enjoyed the game room and theater. Loved the fact that all bedrooms had their own bathrooms. Beds were all comfortable. Con- bathroom seats were all loose and one bathroom had a broken handle. Floor boards are loose among house. But nothing to stop us from staying again!! Great communication with host!

It’s in a very nice neighborhood and the home layout was great. Was not as clean as it should have been. Lacked kitchen and bath supplies. Missing flooring in the kitchen. Beds were very uncomfortable. Fireplace outside would not work.

Perfect Getaway

This was an awesome cabin to stay in. Plenty of room to spread out. Everyone had there own bedroom and bath. The movie theater and pool table and air hockey were used daily. It was so close and convenient to everything in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. The home was spotless and everything about it was perfect. We had to perfect getaway here!

Beautiful and Spacious

This home was amazing. Large enough for my kids and Grands. Plenty of room to spread out or get together for game nights. We brought plenty of supplies with us and just had the best time. Great location too. The kitchen floor drove me crazy. Whoever installed that floor should be fired...ugh, it just kept pulling apart.

Large Family Vacation

This was a perfect home for large families or multiple families to book! It was perfect to have 5 large bedrooms all with their own on suite bathrooms. The home is fairly new and very clean. Beds were decent as far as comfort. The location was great for convenience to all activities in Pigeon Forge! The kitchen was large for meals if you choose to cook at the house. A few things that were less than expected was that 1st the property had no grass, only weeds that had not been maintained. There were missing pieces of the plank flooring in the kitchen. The kitchen had very limited utensils, nothing really for grilling even though there is a grill on property. There are TV’s in all the bedrooms and gatherings areas but the only one that has cable is in the living room. The Living room tv is extremely small, probably only a 32 in, over a huge fireplace. It was difficult to see especially for my father who has impaired vision. The theater room is an awesome space but there is only a larger TV in there with no surround sound so it doesn’t feel much like a movie theater room. You will also need to bring your own DVD’s with you if you plan to watch anything on there as it only has a DVD player connected to it. When we attempted to use the hot tub on the bottom floor patio there was a strong odor of sewage that we assume was coming from the 4 tanks that are in the backyard, which made us change our minds. Overall it is a great property for space and cleanliness but has the potential to be an amazing with a few changes.

Check in/out was very easy. Nice neighborhood. Amenities were great. My son loved the movie room. The hot tub needs to be repaired. Only a few jets work.

No toiletries bring your own. The place is falling apart. Poor quality flooring, watch your step or you could slice open your feet in places. No cable in the theatre room but there is is YouTube tv fortunately and it was fast enough not to buffer. Hair in some of the bedding. Not what I expect for the $$$$

Everything we expected

The cabin was wonderful. We had Family come in from several states to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday. Everything described was as they said. We had a fabulous time and will be returning to the same cabin again.

Overall our stay was amazing, there were only a couple of minor issues but nothing too major.

The game room, and movie theater was a big hit for our teenagers. There was plenty of kitchen supplies to cook with. The refrigerator water filter needs to be replaced. They only provided 2 garbage bags for the kitchen trash can, and the trash can lid was very dirty, I think they should supply at least 5 as a minimum. The bunk beds on the bottom floor were a bit unsteady, and they were too afraid to sleep on the bottom bunk bed, with someone sleeping on the top bunk. All of the king size beds were quite comfortable. The only major issue was that none of the bathroom or bedroom doors were able to be locked for privacy. Overall it was a great experience, and we had an amazing time, very relaxing and beautiful.

Our stay.

We enjoyed the cabin immensely. It was beautiful. On the downside, the oven was not working, not enough dish towels, soap and the mixer beater would not stay in the mixer. There was a confusing about pets being allowed.
