Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was located close to La Sagrada Familia, and was easy to get to and from places from there. Our host was amazing and was very helpful throughout the trip. I would recommend the place to anyone.

What A Great Apartment 😊

The apartment was exactly as shown and away from heavy traffic. It was close to the metro, which was a plus. The unit was spotless, very well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The manager was very helpful especially in giving directions, even giving us umbrellas when there was a threat of rain. Thanks for a wonderful stay !

Excellent stay

Our stay at this property was excellent. The apartment had everything we needed. It is as lovely as the pictures show it to be. Big open kitchen, ding, living area with amazing natural light. Four adults (2 couples) stayed and we did not feel crowded. With 6 people it might feel crowded. The bed were firm but comfy. The neighborhood had everything we needed within walking distance - grocery and drug store where a block at most. The cathedral was a simple walk with lots of great shops and restaurants along the way. I am celiac and found amazing restaurants and shops very walkable to eat at that had AMAZING food. Even the non GF people enjoyed their food. I do not want to take anything away from how great this place was but a few things from someone used to North American things :) The bathroom storage is very limited. Just a bench under the sink. Also there could be more places to hang towels to dry in the bathroom. There were only two hooks. One of the showers is VERY small. It was tight to move and wash in. The other once is larger. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay again if we go back!

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful time at Frédéric's apartment! The apartment was clean and well- appointed. The neighborhood was cute and had many shops and restaurants within walking distance. For everything else we could easily catch a cab or walk to the bus or train. Frédéric was extremely helpful with recommendations and directions, and was always available (he even helped with our lost luggage!). I can't say enough about this amazing stay. We can't wait to come back!

Great location, wonderful flat

Everything was perfect! Well stocked, air conditioning, TV and cable, everything you need to stay a while. Hosts are very nice and spoke English.

Group trip to Barcelona

We were a group of 11 and rented three separate units of Frederic’s. Each was beautifully furnished comfortable and well equipped. We traveled around a lot and metro was just a few blocks away. Grover was also close. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend these units.

Great clean property

September 2019-4 of us stayed in the apartment. Was just as described. Would highly recommend to anyone. 15 minute walk to Sagrada, a must see. Everything you need within minutes of the apartment--groceries, restaurants etc. Had a fantastic tapas dinner the last night at El Nacional near the Gothic area---GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!!

Great experience in Barcelona

The apartment is exactly as it shows in the pictures. Nice living room and cuisine area, rooms and bathrooms. Decor was very clean and modern. Bernardo was very kind and supportive giving information on the places to visit and nearby facilities, helping with scheduling taxis (Uber is not allowed in Barcelona) and always available through WhatsApp whenever we needed help. We could easily walk to Sagrada Familia (10 min away) and the neighbourhood was calm and safe. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect!

The apartment was perfect for our group of five (3 adults and 2 teens). Close to many great restaurants and Sagrada famila. If you are tired of fish go to Azul restaurant for best steak!

Fantastic spacious apartment

Its fantastic, clean, spacious ideal for 6 of us, 4 Adults, 2 boys who never felt cramped. Its not bang in the center but a bus ride into the center is far cheaper than taxis. Recommend - yes definitely, a good base to explore Barcelona

Amazing apartment in a great area of Sagrada Familia

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the forth floor of the building (with lift) was amazing. It was bright, clean, close to the trains, buses and supermarkets. Walking distance to Sagrada Familia. It had all the amenities we needed. Towels, sheets, crockery, pots/pans, washer/dryer, WiFi. The booking, check-in and out process was very easy. Frédéric was a wealth of information in regards to Barcelona and the local area. Highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Barcelone, ville que nous connaissons bien. La situation est excellente : proximité du bus, métro et de la Sagrada Familia. L' appartement est propre, lumineux, spacieux. Les chambres sont au calme. Nous avions tout l'équipement nécessaire à l'exception du lave vaisselle ce qui était parfaitement mentionné dans l'annonce. De plus, nous avons été accueillis à l'arrivée dans les bureaux au rez de chaussée de l'immeuble ce qui est bien pratique. Lors du départ, nous avons pu conserver l' appartement quelques heures de plus en fonction de l'heure de notre taxi ce qui est bien appréciable. De toute évidence, nous reviendrons car nous avons de la famille à proximité.

Bel appartement propre et tout confort proche du metro

Bel appartement spacieux, propre et tout confort, la climatisation est vraiment appréciable, dans un immeuble avec ascenseur, tout proche du métro et de l'arrêt de bus. Plusieurs supérettes à proximité. Egalement 2 parkings tout proches pour laisser sa voiture en toute tranquillité. Facile à trouver lorsqu'on arrive en voiture le premier jour. A 5 minutes à pied du site de Sant Pau et à 10/15 minutes à pied de la sagrada familia. Quartier calme. Le seul petit bémol est que le matin, on entend vers 7h les bruits de pas, de fermeture de portes et canalisation d'eau des autres appartements dans les immeubles adjacents avant le départ au travail des espagnols. Bon accueil sympathique en français. On nous donne des plans de la ville, du métro et des informations pratiques sur le quartier et autres. Nous recommanderons cet appartement à nos proches et à nos amis pour visiter cette belle ville de Barcelone et nous y retournerons sans hésiter si nous revenons à Barcelone.

Superb and spacious apartment on the outskirts of central Barcelona.

Roomy 3-bedroom apartment with a large social area and two bathrooms. Good service with the office on the ground floor. Aircondition worked spledid and the beds were comfy. Supermarket and fresh fruit on the next block and the little café next door has excellent coffe and totally fine tapas. A cab ride down town takes about 10 min and costs 8-11 €. If it had had a balcony it would have gotten 5 stars!
