Cozy Ocean Front Studio

Have you dreamed of a vacation on the beach where you could hear the waves crashing on the beach and smell the fresh air. This Studio Condominium is a small cozy unit located in the Islander Beach Resort Condominium Complex on Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach, Florida. The condo is owner managed and is the lowest priced gulf front condo in the area! Not only is it the lowest priced, it has the best views of any condo on the island! NO PETS

From the condo, hear the waves crashing on the shore and enjoy an unobstructed view of the Gulf and white sandy beaches. This condo is the LOWEST PRICED GULF FRONT CONDOMINIUM or hotel located ON THE BEACH on OKALOOSA ISLAND and the DESTIN BEACH area. Also included, is a huge heated pool.

The unit has the same cooking capabilities you would find in a larger unit with a separate kitchen. It has a full size refrigerator /freezer with ice maker, one burner cook top, convection microwave oven, dishwasher, sink with disposal, dishes, toaster, regular coffee pot AND Keurig Coffee Pot, pots/pans, and other cooking accessories. When the weather is warm, enjoy eating outside on the balcony. If you are looking for an affordable and beautiful getaway, look no further!

Spring break

Nice location to the beach, chairs provided and were set up each day which was great. Pool heater broke and wasn’t replaced while we were there and it was cooler weather so never used the pool. Definitely would go back.

Perfect for 2!

We love the Islander for its location and stay here for all our Fl. trips. This was our first time in 504 and it was perfect! Best. Sleep. EVER! Bed was fantastic! Unit was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Beachfront view was gorgeous, even though the weather was cruddy. We are looking forward to a return trip!

Cute little studio

Small cute clean studio...the mirror on the entire wall os deceiving makes it look spacious. I think they can upgrade on their kitchen utensil, pots and pans. Only 1 kitchen towel for the entire week. For the size of the studio I think the prize is too high I could've rented something alot bigger for the same price if not less.

Very nice studio condo

The room was very nice and the view from the balcony was awesome. The room was a little bit crowded feeling but we spent most of our time on the balcony or beach so it wasn’t an issue. Highly recommend it.

Life is better at the Beach

We have stay at this property several times and it always a great time. This time our visit was a little different than our normal . This visit was more of a relax/healing for my wife and this is the place she wanted to be and it was a success. Thank you Emma and I’m sure we’ll be in contact soon for the next trip!

Great little studio

Very comfortable, compact condo. Has everything you need. Perfect location and view, just a few steps from a magnificent beach! Emma is a very attentive host. Responds quickly to questions.

Wonderful view

This studio was perfect for me and my wife! The view was amazing and so easy for us to walk out to the beach! Loved the patio as it was perfect for morning coffee and sunset cocktails!

Excellent stay
