The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals or snacks. Our dining area has seating for four with an additional two seats at the breakfast bar.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and adjoins a private bath with shower-tub and a private entrance to the patio. Enjoy the floor to ceiling window overlooking the amazing Gulf of Mexico. The master also has a glass sliding door to the balcony. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and there is a full bathroom down the hallway. For your convenience, there is a hallway stacked washer and dryer.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
