The first queen bedroom is located on the main floor and includes a private flat-screen TV. A generously sized full bathroom is directly across from this bedroom and the living area. Upstairs on the second floor, you'll find three more bedrooms and a large open-air front porch. The upstairs queen primary bedroom offers plenty of storage, a private en suite bathroom, and access to the porch. The en suite bath has been newly renovated with marble countertops and a luxurious marble rain shower. The second queen bedroom also opens onto the front porch, while the third queen bedroom, located at the rear of the house, shares a recently updated, full, hall bathroom with the adjacent bedroom. This shared bathroom features a tub-shower combo. The expansive front porch runs the length of the home and includes a custom-built queen-hanging bed and several rocking chairs, making it the perfect spot to relax while overlooking a peaceful wooded park area.
Head up to the third-floor loft, which features a built-in office space with two desks and access to the large open-air rooftop deck. The rooftop deck, with seating for four, offers stunning views of Seaside’s rooftops and a partial view of the Gulf. It’s the ideal spot to enjoy a nightcap after a day at the beach.
