Great value for the location. downtown easily walkable, pool was great to have. 30A is our go to spring break place and we will definitely be back

An amazing property! The Host was always prompt and courteous. The best customer service! We were able to take our pets and the place was very clean and spacious. The pool was a big plus. Highly recommend.

Very Convenient

We loved our stay at Equilibrium! Short walk to beach, Central Square, and the local Grocery store was not even a mile away! The house was great!

Family Time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Once a year since our children were little we have always taken at least one vacation together during summer break. This year we stayed at Close Enough, the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do while at the beach. We love waking up and seeing the ocean first thing in the morning, but this year I traded that for being able to bring Daisy our doodle with us. The yard was perfect for hanging out by the pool and morning and evening walks with her. I definitely recommend this home for a family, it’s was easy to spend time together and have a little space when want.
