Your home away from home. This 3 bedroom 2 bath (1800 square ft) is located less than 5 minutes from the lake, London Bridge, and all the restaurants in town. Each bedroom features its own large spacious closets with an additional queen size blow up mattress. New Smart tv's are located throughout the home. It has a commercial grade ice maker in the laundry room with a washer and dryer. UNFORTUNATELY GARAGE PARKING IS NOT AVAILABLE, but there is plenty of room for parking on the street, driveway and the RV parking on the side of the house.

Pool is not deep, so no diving. NO SHOES OF ANY TYPE IN THE POOL. I have a pool liner in the pool and if you tear the pool liner that is expensive.
I never want to charge my guests additional charges. It's rare, but it has happened.Please do not take the pump out of the pool. It can ruin the unit.
If there is a large amount of dirty dishes left my housekeeper charges me extra. Please turn the dishwasher on if you put dirty dishes inside it.

Awesome place to stay...perfect for our group! Communication was clear and concise with the owner...he did a great job of reaching out and making sure he was a available with any questions I had. Would stay again in a heartbeat!!!!!

Loved our time off.

Its wasn't a family vacation. But thank you John for making our family feel so welcomed. Truly we would love to stay again for a real vacation.

Annual Girls Trip

Girls trip was a HUGE SUCCESS! The pool is amazing, we cancelled our plans one day and instead spent it at the house by the pool it ended up being our favorite day. The house was IMMACULATE and well stocked! Everything was fantastic. Communication with owner was great. We would definitely stay again.

Great Place

Great location and home. Just far enough away from the London Bridge to be quiet and peaceful but close enough to be in the heart of it all in 10 minutes. Nice roomy house with plenty of seating inside and out back. Pool was a great way to cool off again after coming back from the river. Bonus of having a ice machine, washer, and dryer.

Great house! Our second stay here

This is our second stay here at John’s house and it’s perfect. More than enough room and John is an amazing host. Very flexible, easy to contact, and very accommodating. We will be back. Just wish we could stay longer.

Cozy comfortable home. ICE MACHINE!

What a great home. Very comfortable and inviting The ice machine is a great touch here in Havasu. John was an amazing host. I highly recommend this house. I will be coming back here.

Beautiful home! Commercial ice machine!!

For starters, John is a great host. He communicates very well and is easy to get a hold of. The house has everything, but the commercial Ice machine is a great addition here in Havasu. The pool has cushion on the bottom which is a nice addition. We are going to stay here again. I highly recommend to anyone. His prices are very competitive. I’ve stayed at more expensive homes that are more expensive.

Lake Havasu trip

House is spacious but cozy. The pool and back yard are great and beautiful. It was a little cold for swimming while we were there so we didn’t actually use the pool much but we did barbecue and enjoyed the outdoor space. The ice maker is a plus. The neighborhood is very peaceful. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this house to friends and family.

Home away from home

Family had a great time. Home was very inviting and comfortable. Plenty of space for the kids. Pool has padded bottom, real comfy to walk on. Ice machine is a nice touch, one less stop to get out on the water. Everything we needed and more! Thanks John!!!

Cozy spot!

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at John’s place. The home was nice and clean, well stocked, cozy and private. Everything was awesome! The ice machine was also a really nice bonus. It saved so much time and money in the mornings. Thank you for everything John, we can’t wait to come back!

John has put the ultimate deal in his home. Ice maker! This saved time every morning and money. The house is also very clean and cozy. Great location.
