You will never tire of the beautiful ocean view from the roomy 4th floor balcony in this oceanfront building! This lovely home away from home has vinyl flooring throughout (no musty beach smell here!), a newly renovated kitchen with new appliances that opens up into the dining and living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to serve up your own meals on those days and nights when you choose to not take advantage of the many Rehoboth eateries that are a short walk away. The dining table comfortably seats 4 plus there are 2 stools at the kitchen peninsula if you have a party of 6. There is plenty of room to spread out in the living room when you feel like watching something on the 58" TV after a glorious day on the beach. But before you do, be sure to enjoy a cool beverage on the balcony while the sun sets and you take in the incredible ocean view. Accommodations include a primary bedroom with King bed and Smart TV, a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds, a Queen sleeper sofa, and a 4-piece bathroom conveniently located between the bedrooms that includes a hair dryer. There is onsite coin laundry and hand soap, dish soap, dish scrubbing pad, dish detergent, trash bags, and kleenex are provided for your convenience. A roll each of paper towels and TP are also provided so you don't have to run to the store right away. A small collection of books, games and puzzles are also provided for your enjoyment. **Please note that you must bring your own bed and bath linens.**

This comfortable unit is so accessible to all that Rehoboth has to offer. We love being steps from the beach. The balcony is a plus. We sat out and enjoyed the sound of the ocean. The unit is immaculate and provides all the basics. This was our second time here and would come again. Host is very responsive, too.

Great Stay!

This is at least our 15th summer in Rehoboth and it’s so nice to find a place that’s clean and updated with responsive hosts. Check in was a breeze, parking is great (you never have to move your car), and on-site building managers mean that any issues are quickly addressed. Lisa and Jeff were great with communication and we’re so glad that they shared their property with us. We’d love to return next summer!

Beach vaca

Enjoyed the location of the condo and One Virginia is a very clean, organized building. The beach storage lockers are really convenient. Love to have a linen service and another comfy chair or love seat. For 3 adults - we needed a little extra seating. Beautiful weather and trip!

We had a fantastic time at the condo! From the moment we booked our reservation to the second we opened the door, it was everything it was supposed to be and more!!!! Communication with the owners was top-notch! Security guards at the building were awesome! We can’t wait to book the same unit next year!!!! The process from beginning to end couldn’t have gone any smoother!

Great for a family of 4

This was our second time at this location. Has more than you will need. Love the updates to the bathroom. Easy access to the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool and making friends with other residents of the condo. We enjoy sitting on the balcony and people watching. Location makes it easy to get in and out of Rehoboth.

Amazing beachfront condo!

Our family of four (5 and 3 year old) had an amazing time at this condo for a week long stay. The location is close enough to walk to all popular boardwalk spots but enough distance so it isn’t too loud at night. We loved being right on the beach and having the pool. The condo has everything you need and is the perfect spot for a family getaway!

Perfect Getaway

We had another fantastic stay at Jeff and Lisa’s beautiful beachfront condo in Rehoboth. The proximity to the boardwalk and restaurants made it easy to explore the area. We enjoyed leisurely walks along the beach and ventured into town for shopping and dining, all within walking distance. The unit itself is clean, well-maintained, and situated in a wonderful building. What really made this experience great was Jeff and Lisa, they are attentive and went out of their way to accommodate special requests, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beach getaway. We can’t wait to return for another beachfront getaway.

Excellent location

Situated steps from the beach, this renovated condo was a pleasure to stay in. New kitchen and bath, nice furnishings. Best of all, the balcony with views of the ocean. Excellent security. Spacious for two adults.

Great stay! Clean condo!

Lisa and Jeff were very responsive! You can tell they take pride in their condo. The condo was updated, clean and great for our family of four! The location is prime and you can’t beat being right there in front of the ocean. The listing and photos are exactly how the place is in person.

Family Vacay

Condo was perfect. Had everything we needed. Would highly recommend. Once you park your car you can literally walk everywhere and that’s what we wanted. We would definitely rent again.

Wonderful place and host

Everything was as advertised and perfect. The host texted back quickly and all the instructions were flawless. This location is amazing- so close to everything but just far enough from the noise and busiest part of the board walk. Would 10/10 recommend!

The cutest beach condo!

Adorable and clean beach condo with everything you need for your stay. One Virginia Ave is super close to the beach, making getting your family down to the ocean everyday easy. The condo is very clean and updated. My family (spouse and 2 young children) loved it so much, would definitely stay again! The Browns are wonderful and responsive owners. 5 stars!

Great location, cozy condo

The property was a great stay! Everything was nice and clean, and the bathroom appears to be recently renovated (it was spotless). Well insulated from outside noise, too. The appliances all worked very well too, didn't take long for the fridge to get cool. There was even a large Brita dispenser in the fridge already which was a nice perk. We had a fantastic time and would consider returning next year.

Perfect family vacation

Quiet location a few streets north of the main street. Basically on the beach. Great decor. Recently upgraded. Clean. We had 2 adults, 2 young kids, and 1 baby. Perfect for our family beach vacation. The sun is bright in the morning, even through the shades. If this bothers you, I'd suggest bringing some sort of portable blackout curtain.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Lisa and Jeff were very accommodating and always responsive for any questions we had before and during our trip. The balcony provided a beautiful view of the beach and sunrises. Great location. . . just steps away from the boardwalk and major attractions which we loved. It was also nice that there was a place in the building for us to store our beach chairs.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rehoboth. The location of the condo was great for accessing both the beach and the boardwalk. The condo was outfitted with everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The internet and television connection was very poor. The condo is also very noisy, lots of outside noise and heavy footsteps in the condo above.

Wonderful!

My husband, daughter (age 7) and I had the best time! The property was perfect for us. The building is very well maintained, everyone was really friendly. The unit had been updated recently with new flooring and appliances, among other things. Everything was clean and comfortable! The restaurants in Rehoboth are fabulous. The beach and boardwalk are steps away. This is a perfect vacation spot for young families. Overall just a great experience, can't wait to return.

Perfect condo … amazing location

The location was perfect… sunsets out the back and sunrise over ocean from balcony. Feel asleep listening to the waves . Location was perfect for getting on and off beach as needed. Just park fir the week and enjoy. And boardwalk right there … we will be back !!

Wonderful trip

A great visit to the beach!

We had a wonderful time! It was great to come to Rehoboth off season but when the weather is still nice. The rental property was perfect and was exactly as listed online. Another bonus is that the property is just steps from the beach. Communication with the owners was easy and their info for us was extremely helpful. We plan to come back!

We've vacationed in Rehoboth for nearly 35 years, enjoying extended family reunions, family R & R, and romantic weekend getaways. In 2011, we became the proud owners of a studio in our beloved Rehoboth. After hosting numerous renters through VRBO for 10 years with exceptional ratings, we decided to trade in our studio for a 2 bedroom/1 bath that is located in an oceanfront building with incredible views. Whether it's your first trip or your fiftieth, we hope that you enjoy your time in Rehoboth as much as we do!
