Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located. This a unique property Virginia Beach Oceanfront area located in the heart of the best location of the resort where you see the sunrise and sunset from roof deck. 5-minute walk to the board walk, 2 blocks from grocery and ABC store. 3 blocks from two entertainment stages. The triplex building has three 5-bedroom 5 bath units with off street, on street and parking garage (two blocks) easily three cars no charge.

The property was exactly what my family needed. It was spacious and had all of the amenities for a fantastic week of relaxation. The rooftop deck is the best spot for just watching life pass by. The location is close to the beach and also has easy access into and out of the city. We are looking forward to this location for years to come.

The property was clean and a great location but lacked an elevator as advertised. It’s only available to one apartment, not all. We had a handicapped individual and not having the elevator was disappointing.

Convenient spot for beach stay with family

I rented this unit for a long weekend for a family vacation. The space is exactly as advertised, very close to the beach, spacious living spaces and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We were able to walk to every restaurant and activity we went to for the weekend. There were beach buggies and chairs for use. Jon was a kind host. I think having a directions sheet for the house for some systems in the unit, i.e. firepit, air units, would be helpful since some of the directions were worn away. Overall memorable stay.

If you are looking for an outstanding location, then look no further! We were a family of 8 adults and 5 children who were 6 years old and under. This was the perfect house! With 3 floors of living and sleeping space, we could all spread out and enjoy ourselves. Then add in rooftop fires at night… We had an amazing time! Jon, the owner, was very attentive and helpful! We highly recommend and would definitely book this location again!

Easy Access to beach

We stayed for work instead of booking multiple hotel rooms. Owner was very helpful. We were there during the week, so parking was OK. Owner had passes to park on the street, but if you have multiple vehicles, definitely coordinate with owner. One unit looks to have elevator, ours did not, which would have been helpful bringing in supplies.

Great beach house

The property was everything a a large group could ask for. Everyone had their own space if they needed some quiet time, and there was a larger open kitchen/tv room area we all could catch up and gather around. the host John was great very responsive, great guy.

Virginia Beach Vacation

My Amish friends enjoy everything about this vacation home. They said everything was very clean, neat and tidy! They enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Great Location.

This place was very roomy for 3 families. Yes it has 4 set of stairs but in my opinion they are easy to navigate. The rooftop patio was was a bonus. We experience a few hiccups with the internet which is need if yo want to watch tv on your down time but the owner was on too of it when i notified him. I will be book this rental next summer if its available in a heart beat.

Amazing location

The location is absolutely amazing. The listing looks like a single but is a three unit town house which is confusing in the listing so there was a little confusion on parking when we arrived but Jon cleared it up quickly and myself and the other renters were able to navigate where to put the cars. The top floor bathroom has a reasonable amount of black mold growing so we kept it closed up. That was the only thing of concern. Traveling with family can be taxing and mine didn’t let me down on that. Jon and I had to work out a kink with my son deciding to toss sunflower seeds off the roof and he handled it well and professionally. My apologies again as he knows better and my brother in law encouraged it but I addressed it as soon as it was brought up.

Cozy stay in the heart of Virginia Beach

We started out a bit apprehensive about the property as the listing was very confusing. The owner was very responsive to all our questions, which was a big help. We did find that having three floors vs. two was a bit much for some in our party but it worked out. It's a great location close to the beach and boardwalk, which is exactly what we wanted!

VA Beach Vaca

Property was beautiful and great location, walking distance to all you need and a short drive to the excursions and aquarium. There were alot of stairs in the home which was difficult for some of the older members of our group. The shower liner curtains could be replaced and better attention to detail on "unused" beds. I have to say we all loved the place and would definitely return. Jon the owner was a pleasure to work with and very attentive. Thank you

Excellent stay!!

Gorgeous clean home, plenty space for everyone to come together and be comfortable. Rooftop was extremely nice and relaxing. Beds were comfortable and everyone discussed how well they slept. Wonderful home!!

I have been a pilot for over 50 years: Air Force, retired from American Airlines after mergers with Piedmont and USAirways. Started in the weekly rental business with three apartments on this lot. This is the second summer with my new units that I was the General Contractor.

This property is a great location to enjoy the Atlantic Ocean, some times a real ocean, sometimes a lake with no waves. Great places Atlantic on Pacific( best oyster happy hour at the beach) or Parlor Donuts ( new and great, hit for breakfast) LOCATION LOCATION, LOCATION. Park the car. Start it up when you leave if you want. Very walkable. Coffee shops: Starbucks, Vlove, Parlor, 7 11. Harris Teeter grocery store, two blocks, CVS and Walgreens two blocks. Our location is 27th, 31st main street, many restaurant's and bars.
