We love to host families, wedding groups, girls/guys trips, team building, athletic leagues, and more. It's the perfect vacation home for people who love the beauty of the beach and the convenience of the canal/bay access. It's a treasure that will call you back year after year. Located in the quiet community of Sandbridge, Virginia Beach. This stunning gem has all of the amenities you could wish for in a vacation home and is a short 1 1/2 blocks from the ocean! We have tried to think of everything you will need for your stay. Perfect for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing or enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine while enjoying the beautiful sunrise or sunset.

This is one of few properties that do Friday- Friday stays during the summer months (June-August). Finding that checking in on these days allows families to enjoy a full first weekend at the beach. Instead of being stuck in long lines of traffic on check in days (Saturday afternoons are extremely hectic for check in/out, service companies doing cleanings, repairs, lawn maintenance, and pool services)

The first floor offers a large recreation room with a pool table and lounge area with cable television. This is the perfect area to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. Open the sliding glass doors to a covered patio overlooking your private pool and boat deck. There are also 3 bedrooms (1 queen with a private bath), 2 other bedrooms off of the recreation room. The first floor also offers a laundry room with 2 washers and dryers for your personal use.
The second floor has wide open spaces and beautiful natural light that makes it bright and airy. The living room has a 60" television, comfortable seating for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you should need to prepare meals. The custom dinning room table offers plenty of seating for meals, games or just catching up. Outside the deck overlooks the pool and waterway. It's the perfect place to grill your lunch or dinner. The private crows nest on the top of the house offers beautiful views of the ocean and the bay.
This is an all-inclusive property rental that includes everything you need to make your vacation experience a success. All linens and towels are included so that all you need to do is show up with flip flops and a smile on your face.

Check in is 4 pm
Check out is 10am (strict)
Local quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house. (outside only and dispose of your butts properly)
Pets are allowed must notify owner and pay pet fee ($100 per pet)
Children welcome highchair, booster, pack-n-play provided.
No maids service once guest have checked in.
Minimum age of renter 25 years of age.

The property rents weekly through the summer months (Friday- Friday). This property includes everything you need to make your vacation rental a success. All linens and towels are included for our guests.
There is a 10.5% tax that will be added to the price from the City of Virginia Beach. They maintain the beach and Sandbridge area with this money. Absolutely NO CHARGING ELECTRIC VEHICLES.
