Spanish Villa features a PRIVATE HOT TUB, grand open-plan living area & generously sized bedroom. full kitchen, Lounge in the generous open-area! easy access to 5 and 8 Freeways, this perfect vacation house is 3 miles from San Diego Airport, 3 miles from Sea World and within a mile to restaurants, shopping and more. also close to all San Diego’s major attractions!

*please note, for the safety of all out guests, all our properties have OUTDOOR ONLY security camera system. depending on the property, they may be located facing garage doors, trash bins, entrance doorways, backyard, patios and/or any outdoor areas we feel are needed to keep our guests and properties secured. these cameras are never monitored unless there is an emergency. we use Alert 360 as the provider.

Not what we expected...

1 bedroom apt is on the bottom level. Couch was dirty and torn, floor looked like it had not been swept or mopped in weeks, toilet was very dirty, bathtub was dirty, the throw pillows on couch were very dirty and should have been thrown out... Overall I would have expected more for something that was priced this high. The pictures that are posted on VRBO are definitely not representative of what you will walk into. There were other tenants occupying the upstairs portion of the home and you could hear them all night talking and running up and down steps. The platform bed was not comfortable at all and their wasnt a TV in the bedroom. The hot tub was really great and we enjoyed the location as it was close to everything we wanted to do. Parking on the hill was not great, but I've seen worse. Also their is a big dog next door that barks all night. The place had great potential if it were clean and updated just a bit. Would not stay here again as it is.

Friends & OhanaFest

Everything about the property listing was as expected for our Thursday to Sunday stay. Exception was that there was not cable provided by Spectrum; only streaming services available. As for the house rules, they were reasonable. We had other occupants stay on the upper floors on Friday and Saturday night and they weren’t so respectful us on the 1st floor. We won’t elaborate on the details but we were given instructions to respect the neighbors and other tenants in the house…just wish they did the same. Only suggestion to owners would be to provide a small ironing board and iron and plastic cups for the outside jacuzzi. Our room was comfortable very clean.

Enjoyed the patio jacuzzi. Cover the camera.

Nice property. Close to everything we wanted. Better for families than romance due to other families. Parking plentiful but it is a 45 degree hill. We were glad we left the motorcycle at home.

Great property for a couple retreat.

Overall, this property was super nice. It’s very private for couples looking for a getaway and the private hot tub is a major plus. Cooking utensils and pots/pans is limited but definitely doable if you’re planning to cook a lot. The only downside is if there are people staying in the other units of the house, it can get loud. The location is great with plenty of parking and about 10 minutes away from everything in San Diego. The hosts are super friendly but also very mindful of privacy. Overall, great place to stay.
