Coastal theme decorated condo. Brand new remodel.Extended balcony facing the ocean, with West exposure guaranteeing spectacular sunsets. Located in the Apollo condominium, with the famous Sunset Grill Restaurant in the same building. Walking distance from bars, restaurants, shopping, and many more attractions.

During May 1 - October 31 Renters see below in regards to Turtle Season

"Lessee [or substitute “Tenant” or “Renter” for “Lessee” everywhere that word appears in this paragraph, based on the term used in your Lease] acknowledges and understands that the period from May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Lessee agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Lessee understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against the occupant/owner by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Lessee agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee’s occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

We had an amazing time at this condo! It was updated and clean with a huge balcony and a great beach view. My brother rented the condo next to it and there is a gate on the balcony to “join” the properties so it was easy to go back and forth outside. Check in/out was super easy and the host was fast with communication. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had the best time at Marco with our little family! The room was updated and all we needed as a family of 4. The balcony is great being so large we spent a lot of the evenings out there! The owner/manager of the property was always available to answer and we would definitely stay here again! Loved it!

Ok trip

The room was clean with a great view.The bed was very conformable. Love seat was cheap and not very conformable. The beach equipment were broken and rusty.2 out of 6 chair we usable.The umbrella stake was broke as well.The sunset grill was nice and had great food.Pillows on bed were terrible.

Nice place on the beach

The unit was very clean and in a great location. The balcony is very large but lacks shade from the afternoon sun. The unit included everything needed during the stay, including a hair dryer and iron, but it did not have enough toilet paper or trash bags. Overall, it was a great stay and we would love to stay there again!

Needed improvements

There was no extra toilet paper. We had to buy some ourselves. No dishwashing machine soap even though we were expected to wash the dishes. There should be a box or 2 of facial tissue. The condo was otherwise excellent.

Kid friendly!!

Manager was excellent with communication. Property was great for a toddler who was able to walk out on large patio to play.Condo needs to provide renter with a beach wagon- that was a pain with a toddler!!!! Thank you for rental .

A winter stay

The property is on the second floor right on the beach with a great view and fabulous deck. The accommodations are very basic. The one draw back is that exhaust from the first floor restaurant comes in the patio door when open.

Location, location, location

What a wonderful location! The facility was super secure needing a key to access the front door the to lobby and the elevator. Beach access was so nice. We enjoyed the restaurant in the facility but most of all enjoyed the view from our room at the end of the day. The room was super clean and we will come again.

Anniversary getaway

My husband and I recently rented Kurt's property to celebrate our anniversary in Marco Island and I'm so glad we did! The property was clean and had everything we needed. The view was perfect for watching the sunsets in the evening. The location is perfect for shopping, dining, and activities. Kurt was very prompt to respond to every question we had and made sure we were comfortable. I enjoyed our stay so much, I'm ready to go back and most definitely would rent this property again! Disappointed

The unit was undergoing construction and the owner knew about it when I booked. It was NOT disclosed until after the "non refundable" deposit was processed. VERY disappointed with this issue since the whole point to get away was for some piece and quite!! The unit had no supplies, ie, coffee, saran wrap, foil, shampoo, cream rinse, bathroom shower soap and on and on. Communication was poor at best! VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH OWNER. Location was amazing

Great spot

Very good spot for a couple get away accomadations were very clean. It’s a small place with tight spaces but perfect for a couple. As other reviews indicated no oven but didn’t need one only one fry pan which is odd. Patio is awesome but lacks a little privacy when neighbors are out. Beach is fantastic right next to public beach access but plenty of privacy if you’re willing to walk a couple hundred yards. Super friendly and helpful staff! Beach stuff worked fine but a better umbrella would be great. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!
