Live the Ketchum Executive LIfe - Ski, Hike, Dine and Work

A beautifully appointed condo that is a 45 second bus ride to River Run Lodge (last on, first off), a 4 minute walk to Wood River Trail, and 5 minute walk to downtown Ketchum. Park 2 vehicles in our underground parking and then head to our wilderness retreat that doubles as your executive office.

YOUR SAFETY IS OUR HIGHEST PRIORITY
The condo is cleaned with Melaleuca cleaning products (melaleuca.com) and will be VACANT 24 hrs before your arrival.

ABOUT THE CONDO
Kitchen and Living Room are on the second floor to provide a bright living space. The open concept kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools needed for your culinary creations. Cook with the five burner gas stove and enjoy a glass of wine, margarita, or martini - stemware provided. If grilling is more your style, it is on the deck off the living room. The gas fireplace provides a great place to read a book, watch TV (premium TV services included w/DVR & DVD) or check email. Heated floors in the kitchen and bathroom. In summer, we've got the right fan to keep you cool and the air moving. There is also a convenient half bath, laundry and pantry on the main floor.

On the first floor, Bedroom #1 has a queen bed with a full ensuite bathroom. The room includes a 55" TV (premium TV services included w/DVR & DVD), walkout patio and very large master closet. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed with large closet and it's own full bathroom across the hall. All tile floors on the first level are heated - bathrooms and hallway.

Great location. Walking distance to town. Close to bike path and great hiking at Sun Valley ski area. Property was perfect for our month long stay. Roomy, quiet and peaceful, and supplied with everything we needed. Very helpful and responsive host. Highly recommended!

Great location!

Great stay, it was fantastic having covered parking as well as a ski locker. The unit was clean and cozy! One thing I will caution is that the smaller bedroom is right above the garage which was a little louder than expected, but overall it is a fantastic spot to stay and I would definitely stay here again if I am ever visiting Ketchum in the future!

Condo very clean and well located. Walking distance into town and River Run. Bus stop near by as well. Easy check in Spent Christmas holidays with family and it was so easy. They were near by but we weren’t on top of each other.

Great ski getaway

Great location near the base of Sun Valley River Run Lodge. Great kitchen and main living area. Enjoyed the heated tile floors in master bath downstairs. Showering was a bit cold without an enclosed space. We would absolutely come again to ski or bike. Hope to do so!

Wonderful Condo in Ideal Location

This place is a gem! We had everything we needed - and more - to call Ketchum home for a month. The kitchen and great room are outstanding, a perfect place to kick back after a day of skiing or work on the laptop in front of the fire. Everything is nicely updated and just as described. We loved the quick and easy access to River Run, downtown. I’d be happy to stay here again! 10/10

Daniel - a super star

Daniel was a star as a help during our stay. He double checked to make sure we had all the information necessary to check in. I didn't know it but I had never received the final text with all those details. He sent the information immediately. Then at the end of our stay we had to leave a day early due to weather. He was very helpful and sent a partial refund for the day missed. I would stay here every time I visit Sun Valley

Great location and perfect for 2 couples

Perfect place for 2 couples. One bedroom is a Master, and the other bedroom has a bathroom right across the hall; both are downstairs. Upstairs is the kitchen and living room, with comfortable seating. We loved the location. It was quiet, since it was not on Main Street, yet it was a close walk to great restaurants and shopping, and to a beautiful waking and biking trail along the river. Parking in the condo's underground garage was easy. The only downside is there is a lot of construction going on in the area (and everywhere in Sun Valley for that matter), so no pretty views out the windows. We would definitely rent this place again.

Awesome stay in Ketchum!

Overall, great property and great location. Walking distance to almost everything in Ketchum. Lot's of space, which ended up being perfect because our friends had to bring their small children last minute when they lost their childcare. There was enough room in the master bedroom for two pack n plays. Communication was outstanding with the owner. One minor downside, we arrived on one of the hottest days of the summer, and it took a while to get the unit cooled down. (Air conditioning is not standard in Ketchum). The large ceiling fan was adequate for cooling the upstairs and just having the windows open at night was sufficient for the downstairs bedrooms. Box fans were also provided to place near the windows upstairs. Would rent again!

Great setup and stocked with all the essential items to start and finish your day. Ideal setup for family of four. Went sking for 3 days; we walked to the mountain and town center everyday with our twin nine year old girls. I would absolutely book again.
