​CONGRATULATIONS! You have found the hidden gem of Sandpiper Cove. This unit is located in highly sought after "Beachwalk" location and poolside to heated Pool and 3 hot tubs. This 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom with Bunks sleeps up to 6 people with a King size bed and a Queen sleeper sofa. A full kitchen with plenty of counter space, rounds out the inside of this beach condo.
The unit is located next to the main pool area as well as a few of the practice putting greens. You will be less than a 3 minute stroll to the private deeded beach access point of The Gulf of Mexico. This access point is gates for both vehicles and walkers with a gate so you will have access to our stunning beaches. We also have the unit BELOW (Property ID 2202106) his unit so if you have two families visiting this is the perfect spot for you! Each unit sleeps 6. We cannot wait to work hard to provide you the vacation of your dreams.

Our host was so accommodating and helpful. We loved the accommodations. The pool was warm, even though the temperature outside was cold. It was two minute walk to the beach.

This unit was just as advertised. The check-in process was easy and the use of personalized codes for the door lock was extremely convenient. The owner was easy to get in touch with (we had an initial issue with the television, she kindly and immediately got on the phone with us to explain the issue, and it was resolved). The location is excellent. Tbeach is a quick walk, and the daily complimentary beach service (chairs and umbrella) was a GAME-CHANGER! Parking was easy. The unit includes a hair dryer, ironing board, and iron, along with starter supplies of dishwasher detergent and laundry soap for the guests.We will definitely stay in this unit again.

Family Vacation in Destin

This was a great find for a great price in Destin. We wanted a kitchen, laundry, and a little more room than a hotel could provide; and this fit the bill perfectly. Great communication, clean home, perfect little getaway right by the beach. Our kids loved being so close to the pool and beach everyday; made it so easy and convenient. Loved our stay in Destin! Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Amazing Location

Perfect for what I was looking for---came to Florida for the warmth and the sun. This location was perfect for exactly that. The proximity to the beach was awesome along with the private access. Slightly confusing when the code was changed mid stay but not all access points were changed. Comiing into the property was still the old code but exiting was the new. Saw others struggle with this as well. The bed was very uncomfortable and I was not impressed with the rules that included taking out the garbage and stripping beds at end of stay. Don't mind doing it but for the amount paid, shouldn't have been required. Very miminmal provided---had to buy toilet paper mid stay as only 1 roll and a partial was provided and no kleenex. Used broom and dustpan to sweep up floors but a small vacuum would have been appreciated. Property could use to be cleaned better---the patio doors were filthy and needs maintenance work--the bifold door on laundry closet came off the track on one end the first time I opened it. Overall, it worked for what I was looking for since I spent the entire stay at the beach and was alone but the rules were excessive and the price could have been lower because of it as well as the general upkeep better. The stairs, as others have mentioned, aren't the easiest to maneuver with heavy luggage. I would stay again but would request a lower level unit and be cognizant of the price for what is provided and expected to be handled by the guest.

FANTASTIC!

Cleanest property I've ever stayed in! Very well taken care off, easy check-in, great location overlooking the pool. Could not get over the cleanliness - ceilings, floors, walls, furniture all in great condition. This will forever be my Sandpiper Cove booking!

Summer Baseball Tournament

The condo was perfect for our trip. It included chairs, water toys, and a wagon and short walk to the beach. The property manager was easy to communicate with and responded timely. Only call out is the condo is really close to the pool so if the noise doesn’t bother you then your good.

Wish it was a little cleaner . But overall everything was great. Great location, great views, we brought our own bed sheets, and towels. (But we always do that when we go on a trip) hot water not problem. We will come back next summer. :)
