Experience paradise in this beachfront 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, featuring breathtaking beach views and direct access to the sands of Indian Rocks Beach. Recently renovated and pet-friendly, (Dogs are allowed with owner approval and non-refundable pet fee. Two dog limit.) this luxurious top-floor unit is the ideal retreat for families or groups looking for a serene coastal escape.

• Beach Chairs – While not guaranteed, beach chairs are often left by previous guests for future use.

Amazing beach front with glorious sunsets!

We really enjoyed this rental. The large deck was especially fantastic to dine on for sunsets! Unit is updated, kitchen well stocked for cooking needs, nicely appointed furnishings. Great having the loungers and umbrellas in the yard area, and also plenty of beach chairs and floats etc.to use. Walking distance to good restaurants, including great French bakery steps away. We will definately stay here again.

Loved the location of this unit. The other tenants were super nice. Beach chairs and beach towels were a huge bonus. The local restaurants were good and reasonably priced! The trolley service was very convenient and easy to use.Allowed use

Oceanfront was steps away, with a clear bedroom and balcony view and there were windows the length of the house which brought in natural sunlight and views. Tons of beach supplies for vacationers of every age. Pristinely clean, with everything we needed, as well as relaxing, up to date decor. We can’t wait to come back, and also rent the adjoining property for more family!

Reviewer Comments: The view from this home was beautiful, and the location perfect. The downside is the condition and cleanliness of the unit. Carpet was dirty and matted, several repairs needed (bathroom towel bar falling off wall, and doors that would not shut. Cleanliness of the home also left a lot to be desired. We spent the first 2 hours of our vacation vacuuming and mopping the unit, so I’m not entirely certain what we were paying the cleaning fee for? Also, because the ownership was in transition, none of our messages were responded to for over 24 hours.

The master bed needs better linens. Every night the fitted sheet came off of the mattress. Frustrating! The house was relaxing and enjoyable tho. It was clean upon arrival. Overall the house is in good condition but the kitchen could use a little updating. I know it’s a beach rental that gets a lot of use and all in all it was in good shape. I’ve rented other properties at the beach before and I just feel feel this one needs a little bit of TLC in the kitchen. The price we paid I know is more for the location tho.

Actually living nightmare

Reviewer Comments: My understanding was this property is a newly acquired asset.That being said there is soooo much wood rot I'm assuming Helen Keller did the termite inspection! We own a construction company and my family owns a termite inspection company so totally obviou to us. We had the unfortunate pleasure of renting home and checking in the very night (full moon) that a hatching occurred !! Literally hundreds of FLYING termites infested the 2 of the 3 rooms we rented, this continued for 4 nights between the hours of 9-11 rendering sleeping impossible!! To not sleep for 4 nights took a toll on all of us! I asked bedding to be changed, mattress pads ect as I had washed everything 3 times and I was exhausted they delivered fresh stuff and left on front porch so needless to say one member of our party left, I slept on couch daughter on love seat and another on floor on blow up mattress. I was compensated $1150 out of a $2805 vacation but I would have rather honestly stayed home

LOCATION

The location of this property is absolutely amazing. The listing needs updated as the balcony/steps are still under construction and unusable. There are beach chairs/umbrellas, but most of them are not in good shape and the "beach toys" room needs a serious clean out. The overall cleanliness of the home was mediocre.

Beautiful beach front property

The unit was very nice with a beautiful view. The deck stairs were being reconstructed during our stay. We would have appreciated knowing the stairs from the deck would be unusable prior to our stay. Great unit; communication could use some improvement.

Nice but needs work

The property location is perfect and right on the beach! However, the property needs a lot of work and updates. The property management company is great and they were able to send over cups, plates, and towels soon after we called to let them know they didn’t have any so that was a plus. The bathrooms have holes in the wall where it looks like a towel rack used to be. There is caution tape on the steps on the deck so we couldn’t just walk out the back to the beach. The rental company said they were having to replace the steps but we rented the house based on the picture. The carpet in the house is NASTY and needs to be replaced… full of stickers that prick your feet when you walk. Overall we had a great trip but we would not rent this location again until it was fixed up!

Overall, it was nice. The place smelled moldy. I guess that’s to be expected when you live near water? The bathrooms weren’t super clean but passable. The view and access to the ocean are amazing. The stairs to the deck were roped off and unusable. That was slightly inconvenient.
