Everything was great. The area beautiful the rooms were cute. House was perfect. Bathrooms were nice and clean. We had a blast.

Great experience, staff was attentive when trash cans were full from previous stay and cleared it out quickly. Would definitely book for this location again.

Nice stay

Stairs are a hazard without proper railings for kids to fall through. Other than that great place for two families for a ski week.

Staying at Colt

Once we got the driveway snow plowing squared away, and a big thanks to Leila who came out with a shovel to help and flagged down a a snow plower in the area, we had a great stay. The kids took over the game room upstairs, overall the house was very entertaining.

Thank you so much for sharing a piece of your Tahoe paradise with us. It was a perfect space for family to connect and have a great time. The bunk room was key. 6 kids ranging from 7-16 slept together and they really enjoyed the ping pong table! There was tons of room to play, dine, and fellowship together. The kitchen was awesome, well equipped, it just needed a pizza cutter. The only other thing was it got a bit warm upstairs. There was one fan in the play room, but it would be helpful for another in the master. Other than that, perfect! Can't wait to return!

Nice place but problems were unresolved

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is spacey, nicely situated, and we loved the game room. It was great for our family of 4, unsure if the relatively unheated game room with 4 extra beds would work for a larger group. The fridge had an issue and was extremely noisy. I brought it up and it was a known issue. It was not resolved during our stay and no further effort was put in to reimburse some $ for the inconvenience. It was hard to sleep with the noise, that's how bad it was. Otherwise all other appliances worked. The cleaning lady could had done a better job, found several black hairs around.

Tahoe/baseball getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a very good time here. We were two families with 4 teen boys total and here for a baseball tournament. Loved the ping pong table, beautiful patio, beds were comfy and all the amenities. We were contacted that we were loud past 9pm which I do disagree with as we were all inside and no parties were thrown as the boys’ games ended at 930pm and we just had to cook for them. The house across the street was doing construction at 7am so no sleeping in the entire weekend would be my only complaint. I would definitely stay here again though, a lot of room and bring a fan as there is no AC.

Lots of space in the house. Deck and family room are excellent for toddlers, very safe and spacious. Excellent rooms and beds. Very clean. We had a great stay and highly recommend. We stayed in summer and enjoyed fishing/swimming in the lake and river rafting. But I am sure the location is perfect in the winter as well for skiing.

Perfect cabin!

Our family group loved staying in this cabin. It was perfectly laid out to feel roomy enough for all 7 of us. We thoroughly enjoyed the ping pong table, large deck, and ample space in the kitchen. We loved kayaking in Emerald Bay and the beach at Sand Harbor! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Stay

The property was easy to access and very organized. The living room and kitchen was spacious for our family to gather and cook a lot of our meals. Their kitchen was well equipped with good equipment. Would definitely recommend and hopefully stay again.

Wonderful home in Carnelian Bay

We had a great stay in this wonderful home in Carnelian Bay. The house was super clean and very spacious. We cooked all of our meals so appreciated the super well stocked kitchen. Ping pong table was a big hit!
