Step into a refreshing oasis as you enter the backyard, complete with tiki torches, hanging lights, and bar seating that makes any event a celebration! Cook some delicious food on the grill or in the spacious kitchen, and watch the sunset as you dine in your own tropical paradise. The interior of the home is expertly designed and offers a modern, comfortable feel. Spend your days exploring all that Southern Utah has to offer, from hiking in Zion National Park to catching a Broadway show Tuacahn Center for the Arts and come home to relax in the comfort of the hot tub or swim spa. Perfect for families, with a ping pong table, and outdoor games, Tiki Oasis at Ladera is sure to be a favorite vacation destination for years to come!

This beautiful 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home can sleep 9 people or with the use of a Queen sofa sleeper & sleeper chairs fit as many as 13, perfect for groups of families and friends! The master bedroom hosts a King bed, as well as a smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub. The queen bedroom features a smart TV as well and has a shared bathroom in the hall. In the bunk room, you will find a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle bed. No matter what you enjoy, Tiki Oasis at Ladera is sure to have something for you!

Excellent location and property!

Perfect location for our Southern Utah vacation. Convenient to all the areas we wanted to visit! And we also had a great time just spending time in the house. We all enjoyed the games and swim spa and hot tub very much. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay!

This home had everything our family of 7 was hoping for. We loved the pool and spa. The home was super clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Loved that it has a EV Charger which worked great for my Tesla. We will definitely be back.

It's on the pricier side but worth it if you go in a group. Lots of fun things to do at the house and close to the pool and the city for grocery shopping. Check-in and out was easy and the communication was thorough.

Fun family property!

We felt so at home here. The kids loved playing ping pong and air hockey in the garage and mini golf and swimming in the backyard. Seriously so much fun to be had right at the property. Add to that the awesome location and you’ve got a super fun family vacation!
