Good place

The condo and community was really nice! We were a bit disappointed about the beach access...the public beach is VERY narrow with private beaches on each side.

Clean, Good Balcony View

Stayed with best friend and our daughters. It was clean and had everything we needed. I was pleased with the price in June, especially since I could see the water from our balcony! Only thing to be aware of- ice maker barely made any ice.

very limited beach, beautiful house

The property was beautiful, but we paid the premium price to be on the beach. The condos closer to the beach claim beachfront as private property, and they had guards sitting out there to tell my grandchildren they were trespassing. There is only about 30 feet of public beach, which was crowded with people, with the private property on either side, to which you do not have access.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The place was very clean on arrival. The patio was very spacious and had a partial view of the Gulf. The king bed was comfortable. The only downside to our stay was the size of the beach access. The condos next to the beach had security and would not allow you onto their property. The beach area was pretty narrow and people went really early to set up their tents and umbrellas. We ended going to Johnson Beach which was close to the condo. There was no issue getting a spot next to the water there. I would suggest to the owners to add some hooks in the bathroom for wet towels and swimsuits. We did not cook in the condo but there were plenty of glasses and bowls for breakfast.

Great place to stay

We had a lot of fun and the property is perfect for an easy beach trip. We evacuated there for ida and it was perfect.
