Beautiful Beach View Condo

You've found "The One!" Welcome to your vacation home, close to Restaurants, grocery stores and fabulous views and a short 10 min ride to downtown, El Malecon and the airport . You’ll love the beautiful Beach Front with amazing views of the ocean and mountains. Hang out on the balcony at night and enjoy the fireworks across the bay! This place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The moment you arrive you are welcomed by a breathtaking view of the ocean. It still takes my breath away! The condo has 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The kitchen is stocked with the basics and the the condo is located next to "La Isla" Shopping Center".

IMPORTANT: There is currently no access to any of the hotel amenities including but not limited to parking, pool, gym, beach (direct from condo) etc. You are renting only the condo itself with the expansive view.

To go to the beach, you must exit the front gate, go left and left again before the bridge. (12 minute walk) . For parking we park at the mall garage next door, at the time of this edit it is 6 pesos per hour.

We have 2 beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels for you to enjoy time at the beach.

Puerto Vallarta is a resort town on Mexico’s Pacific coast, in the state of Jalisco. It is known for its beaches, water sports and nightlife. Its cobblestone center is home to the ornate Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe church, boutique shops and a range of restaurants and bars. Downtown is adorned by white-washed houses with terracotta-tiled rooftops. El Malecón is a beachside promenade with contemporary sculptures, as well as bars, lounges and nightclubs.

Some of the highlights of this newly redecorated contemporary condo are:

* Large Private Balcony with pristine beach and mountain views - great to relax and enjoy your morning coffee and evening cocktail.

* Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, breakfast bar and full size refrigerator
* Ceiling fans in bedroom and living area
* Panoramic Views from the time you open the door, and from any room
* To access the beach, you must exit the resort area, go left on the street, and left again before the bridge.

There is no access to pool and beach from the condo. Starting January 1, 2025

There is access until December 31st, 2024 from 8am to 8pm for 4 adults and 2 children under 12 years old

We loved this condo the view was amazing. Our host Jennifer is so nice and responded quickly to any questions we had. The grocery store and laundromat were close just a short walk down the street. The beds were perfect and pillows were great. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again for sure. Thank you so much Jennifer you are an excellent host.
Super Bowl party below us.

Beautiful place to stay

Our stay was great. Everyone was very nice. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to know that we could have paid a little more to get all inclusive.

New Years Stay

My husband and I stayed here for 9 nights. The place was alright, but it could have been better. I wouldn’t want to stay with more than 2 people, not enough space. PROS: -The view from the balcony was incredible. We saw the whales! -we were welcomed with a 6pack of Corona and some chocolates -beautiful beach (we rented an umbrella from the Mexicans on the beach pretty much every day for 150 pesos) -nice big shower and large bathroom to get ready -comfy beds CONS -located in a resort, we were treated like second class citizens because of our wristbands -We never got a seat at the pool, way too busy -lots of kids in the pool splashing you, no adult only pool area -difficult to do the dishes in such a small sink, and there was no plug for the drain which was weird. -shower didn’t drain well so showered with feet submerged in water -lack of counter space in the kitchen -toaster didn’t work well -couldn’t access the beach after 8pm It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great either.

Beautiful view and nice condo!

If you want a full resort with parking, restaurant and pool on site this is not the place. I did get to watch the shows at night from the deck but it is really loud and music competes with the resort next door. I rented a car so getting through the gate with my luggage and then grocery was a problem as my name was not on the list. I would not rent a car as I returned in 2 days due to getting scammed. There are 3 restaurants across the street but keep in mind you have to walk maybe 1/4 mile just to get to the road. Beach access about a15 minute walk. However, if you have never been to Mexico the solicitation everywhere is annoying and even on the beach! Grocery is a 10 minute walk with a Bev store 5 minutes but carrying everything including 5L of water took multiple trips. The host started delivering water to my room so that was great!TV also is a problem but I didn't need it anyway.The Malecon is about a 2.5 mile walk but Uber is cheap so I used that a few times going back.Porto Magico is a 15 minute walk for boat tours so the location is pretty walkable area and safe.

I was born and raised in Mexico, I moved to Texas 40 years ago, and my passion is to travel.
I have three children that have already graduated from College and married and live away from home, so I have now an opportunity to travel the world.
Lately my husband and I have been traveling to several countries like Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Argentina, Chile, Central America, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, etc. looking for the right place to retire. I love warm weather and I love the beach, so that was one of the areas I was looking for when selecting a property.
I missed my home country, and remember how nice it was in my early years. I started going to beach areas in different countries, and last time when I visited Puerto Vallarta, I decided that this was the place to stay. It is a safe place, inexpensive, with very friendly people, where if you want to relax, you can do it beach-side, but if you want to visit a night club, a nice restaurant, you can have that option too. My husband and I like dancing, so, we can do it feeling safe.
We found this condominium very centrally located, and we decided to get it. We had to put our signature, and re-decorated it, to make it fell home. We are still about 3 years from retirement, so we decided to allow other people enjoy our home away from home until we can move in full time.
