Book Now for Summer! Beachfront 4 Bed/4 Bath Condo. Spectacular Ocean Views!

Ocean Ritz 1601 is a four bedroom four bath luxury beachfront condo with 1,637 sq ft living space and over 480 sq ft of balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The condo is ideal for a large family and for extended multi-generational family groups.

This is a small, 63 unit complex in an ideal location on the best beaches in Panama City beach. It features a pool, hot tub, and workout room. It is located within walking distance to Walmart, as well as many restaurants, shops, and other attractions.

The upgraded kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops and is fully equipped with service for 12. A full-sized washer and dryer are located in one of the unit’s bathrooms.

All bedrooms and the living room are complete with smart TVs and WiFi is available throughout the unit. A blue ray players are attached to the living room and bunk room TVs. A small collection of DVDs, paperback books, and board games are also provided.

This unit features two beachfront principle suites, complete with access to the balcony. The grand principle bedroom has double sinks and a jetted tub. All other bedrooms have a bathroom with a private entrance from a bedroom and include solid surface counters, combination bathtub/showers, and a wall mounted hair dryer.

For your trips to the beach, we provide various folding beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, and assorted sand toys. (These items cannot be left on the beach overnight, so please return them to the condo each evening.)

With our owner managed unit there is no need to stop at a front desk. We email a code to open the front door before your arrival along with the Ocean Ritz parking pass. An Ocean Ritz armband for each guest will be in the condo. The armbands are required to be worn by guests over 12 when using the facilities.

Had a wonderful time at the beach condo! The kitchen was fully stocked. We got double red flagged from the ocean for two days which wasn’t an issue because we had a pool and hot tub right at the place to continue the fun in the sun!! Definitely stay here again!

Labor Day Vacation

Our unit, 1601, was fabulous. The beds were comfortable, the unitvwell appointed, and the view cant be beat. It is in a great location. It is walking distance to Walmart, Pineapple Willy's, and Ripley's. I highly recommend this unit. You will be happy here.

Fabulous condo

The condo was amazing, the views were great. The pictures don’t justify how beautiful and tastefully decorated it was. The check in process was easy and completely detailed. Definitely would stay in this condo again.

Perfect relaxing family stay

The unit was just as represented in the listing photos and description. It was clean and felt private, which was perfect for our family stay. The perfect place!

Condo was excellent. Everything turned out great. Everything is close, and there’s all sorts of fun around the corner. The balcony is huge!! Condo is big and i love how everyone gets their own bathroom. Definitely recommend!

Nice Condo

We liked the condo and totally enjoyed our stay. The only reason for deducting a star was the parking situation. With a four bedroom condo, I’m would think it is rare to only come in one car, but that’s the allowed parking space. We didn’t even mind paying for the overflow spot in the public lot across the street, butIt would be nice to ALWAYS have a spot if you have paid for a week. It WAS the 4th of July, and understandably the beach is busy, but having to park blocks away at the post office is not okay with the money you pay for a condo AND for an additional parking space for the week. We definitely liked the condo and the beach. Be sure to check all of the rules if you plan on taking your own tent to the beach. We would stay here again. There were no problems with the condo-just the parking. The HUGE deck was super nice too!!

Great condo with lots of room for everyone

Great condo with the right amount of space for a large family or group. We loved having a bathroom for each bedroom and the balcony was fantastic! Loved being able to eat a meal out there and play games as well as just sit and relax and enjoy the view. The locations was great for us too! Elevators were slow for early May I thought but nothing the owner could do about that. We would definitely stay here again!

overall a great week...was a little disappointed to hear of the remodeling work going on during our stay that closed the pool and hot tub at times. the balcony was a constant hangout spot for us so a quick clean up of the paint chips that were on everything on the balcony might be a good idea. Overall the property was excellent

Great view

Our stay at this property was greatm the rooms were clean and spacious. The common area has plenty of room for 10 people the balacony did as well. The kitchen was well stocked. There were a few beach items on the front porch for us to us. Unfortunately most of the beach buckets were broken and so was the boogie board. There were small chairs but they werent very comfy. However my only real complaint was that there was no beach umbrella and they only put 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for 10 people. Overall I would give 5 stars.

Balcony Alone Is Worth Every Dollar

The balcony is huge!! We had 5 adults and 5 children and could have easily fit more on that thing. Steps to the pool/beach. Beach chair rental right in front of condo, with very friendly staff. Across the street from a couple diners and daquiri place, so great location. I wish the pool was a bit bigger but still good size and we didn’t have any issues. Condo was large enough for our group, very comfortably. Communication with owner and housekeeper was great. Above expectation. Kitchen was well eqipped and so was the bin of beach accessories. Highly recommend. Hope to stay again next year! Thank you!!

Spacious and Nicely Decorated Condo

The condo was perfect for a family with 2 kids and another family with 3 kids. It was great that each bedroom had a bathroom. The balcony was very spacious and had a great view. I loved the chair in the master bathroom considering I have back problems. All of the hooks in the bathrooms were very helpful too. Some suggestions for the condo are to fix the key pad on the door because the #5 didn't work well, put up some more lights outside on the balcony along with some ceiling fans, replace the placemats, and provide larger skillets. In regards to the actual building, the garage/parking was a nightmare. The garage is so tight that it was difficult to park. Also, there should be one way in and one way out. We received a warning because our parking pass wasn't visible enough. If they could see it enough to give us a warning, then it was visible enough. Also, if you are staying in a condo as large as ours, there's going to be multiple drivers. We only had one parking pass for the garage. My brother's family had to park across the street. He never moved his car the entire week because if he lost his spot, he would have to pay for parking and there weren't any spots open. Therefore, all 9 of us had to pack into one vehicle, so he didn't lose his spot. When you are paying that much for a condo, you shouldn't have to do that. The treadmills in the gym weren't working and the pool was much smaller than expected with an unpleasant view of the garage. We liked the condo, not the building
