この施設について

The Lofts of North Main Street

Historic loft centrally located along the St. Charles riverfront, on the north end of Main Street and just south of Frenchtown. Enjoy Frontier Park, shops, restaurants, and night scene - all within walking distance.

The newly renovated 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom apartment can easily accommodate groups of six. The completely updated kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dishwasher. Convenient in-house washer and dryer available for extended stays

Note to guest:
1) No visitors allowed unless discussed with owner.

2) $15 extra guest fee after 4 guests

3) Air conditioner minimum temperature is 72 Fahrenheit. All units have new air conditioners. But the red brick walls have no insulation and during the hot weather if the air conditioner is pushed too hard, it will create blocks of ice inside it then quit working until the ice melts. This problem only happens if temperatures are set below 70 F, so we limit it to 72 F.

4) We are above a coffee shop, so there is potential for noise.

So much room! Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. You have a dedicated parking place and it's in an excellent location for shopping and dining. The bed was super comfortable.

The place definitely needed to be cleaned. The rugs were dirty and the furniture needed to be cleaned. The hot water did not work in the bathroom upstairs and also AC was not great at all. The fans were going the wrong direction for the time of year and it was really hot. We almost went and bought another box fan because it wa very uncomfortable. Overallthe place needs new furniture and cleaning.

This was located fabulously! Literally 50 steps to N Main Street! This was perfect for celebrating a wedding that just happened earlier that day we celebrated on Main Street walked the whole entire time in the morning. We got coffee down below where the loft was and then we went to the farmers market the next morning absolutely perfect spot!!

The place is very cute and looks just like the pics with the exception of the ice cream shop that is featured in the pics. That was one of the reasons we were staying there, location and the build your own ice cream sandwich shop. I reached out and she responded very quickly that they had closed. It may be a minor thing, but our daughter wanted to go to the ice cream shop.

This apartment loft was lovely. It is over a coffee shop, but we did not notice any noise from the shop. Everything in the apartment was updated and clean. We were within walking distance of most anything that we wanted to see in old town St. Charles, including the Katy Trail, quaint shops, and restaurants. We had an assigned parking spot near the door of the apartment. The wineries in Augusta and Defiance were a scenic 45 minute drive away. This was a great place to stay for our girls’ getaway.

Our loft on Main was very quaint and accommodating. Location was perfect and the layout of the space worked well for a small groove of three. The kitchen at most everything needed, which we didn’t need anything other than coffee and was disappointed that there was no powdered or liquid creamers assortment of sweetening packets. One suggestion I have would be to use a non-scented laundry detergent or fabric softener because the smell of the pillowcases was disturbing to my falling asleep. Lastly, the one and only complaint would be that there is a very strong Cat urine odor, especially in the downstairs bedroom. It made it on tolerable to stay in the first night for sure. Otherwise, response time for any communication was amazing and again very cute loft in a great location.

It was a pleasant experience. I had just finished doing the MR340 and paddling for 57 straight hours (no sleep) and was happy to get there. The place was clean, well maintained and quiet with no outside noise.

Clean, comfortable base in lovely St Charles

Super clean, quiet and comfortable apartment was a perfect base for our family of four. Loved being over a wonderful, friendly coffee shop which was our first stop every morning. Great communication from our host. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

Cute property with brick walls (my favorite) and a loft area that my neice would have loved if she was with us. Main street is right out of a history book but with bars and sweet shops. Oh and a cat cafe. Totally recommend

Perfect!

Super clean and comfortable.Tastefully decorated. A nice space with a happy vibe! The location couldn’t be better. We found lots of things to do within walking distance. I would stay again tomorrow!!!
