Our stay at the condo was wonderful and we absolutely will go back and stay again. Lani and Keith were great hosts, taking the time to meet us and give us a tour of the unit and the property. The condo was well stocked and had a lovely lanai, the property was gorgeous, and the location perfect.

An incredible stay in Ko Olina! Perfect for our family. The villa was furnished with everything we needed for the 8 days. The property is so special - clean, safe, and especially fun!Our hosts Lani and Keith greeted us with open arms and shared all the great amenities available to us. Besides the property, location was also perfect. Beautiful beaches and the sunsets every night were spectacular.We are already planning our next trip! Aloha!

Second time at Beach Villas, first time at Keith and Nalani’s place. They were wonderful hosts and the place had EVERYTHING we as a family needed for our stay! Beach chairs, plenty of beach towels, beach umbrella (can’t use at the lagoons). Comfy beds, plenty of shower towels, all toiletries, and a hair dryer. The kitchen is so nice and totally stocked! The balcony and view are the highlight. The grounds,pools, and hot tubs are tended to regularly and are very nice. The staff onsite is so kind. Thank you for allowing us to feel at “home” in paradise!

Keith and Lanani were excellent hosts that met us upon arrival. They had everything ready, brought our luggage to the unit and gave us a tour. They were also prompt in any questions we had. Unit was quiet and clean. We had a wonderful stay.

Such a great stay at this property. The views are excellent and the floor was so quiet, we never heard anyone else. The condo had all we needed for a comfortable stay, which beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay

Villas at Ko Olina are a great place to stay. Pools and lagoon beach a short walk from condo. Condos are well appointed with large balconies. Check in was easy and attentive.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at OT504. Keith and Nalani were very welcoming and helpful. We have stayed at several different units at the Beach Villas over the years and this one was very nice.

Love staying at The Beach Villas. Lovely view from the Lanai and plenty of space in the villa. Had the windows open all the way every day and it absolutely makes the stay. Kitchen has tons of supplies. Washer dryer was so helpful. Very good beach supplies which made sitting out there easy and comfortable. The cooler was a nice touch also. Quiet pool was nice but the other pools were freezing and not tolerable. Def recommend the villa and will be back for sure.

Great Stay

We had a great time on our stay at Ko Olina - Ocean Tower. Stunning view, quiet, clean, well maintained, everything you need. Owners are so great, met us and gave us all the info we needed to have a great stay. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous Views

We had a wonderful stay! Wonderful hosts, the unit was clean and updated, there was a wonderful welcome bag for us and it was just fantastic and relaxing. We booked for October again with them!!

Relaxing Vacation at Ko Olina Beach Villas

We love this property and Nalani and Keith were great hosts! If you are looking for a vacation that is away from the hustle bustle of Honolulu this is the place. We really enjoyed the quiet pool and beach lagoons. There are restaurants, shopping, and golfing within walking distance.

Great family vaqcation

Clean and well-appointed with modern high-end appliances. Our hosts were very welcoming and the whole check-in process was easy and straight forward. The complex is very nice with great pools and an awesome beach.

Paradise

Great resort away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. Property was so nice and owners personal check in was a bonus. Condo was very nice with all the amenities you could want.
