New listing and availability just opened for this brand newly remodeled, stunning studio condo!

Our condo is perfect for a honeymoon stay or romantic getaway with a gorgeous garden view and air conditioning! The condo features a king bed, small dining table and chairs with additional seating and table on the lanai. The bathroom divided between the sink and the toilet/shower area. The kitchen features a refrigerator, cook top, stove, sink and many useful small kitchen appliances, like a coffee maker, so you can prepare your own meals if you wish.

The condo grounds features a lovely onsite pool, BBQ area and gorgeous gardens with a koi pond.

The location of the condo is perfect for morning walks to Lawai Beach, Baby Beach or The Spouting Horn. Just a couple minute drive or a 10 minute walk and you will be at the Kukui'ula Village Shopping Center with boutiques, restaurants, and art galleries, plus a Wednesday's Farmers Market. A drug store and small supermarket are also nearby.

Another fun spot near the condo is Old Koloa Town, which is just a short 5 minute drive. Quaint, old plantation buildings have been carefully renovated and restored and are now home to unique shops and restaurants.

If golf is more your idea of fun, there are two golf courses very close by. Choose between the Kiahuna Golf Club and the Poipu Bay Golf Course.

Amazing condo to stay in! So clean and beautifully done. AC works great, the pool was perfect temp, and the lush green grounds are fantastic. Check in and out was so easy and the host was very nice!! Highly recommend when visiting Kaui. Thanks for helping make our honeymoon so special. We can't wait to come back!

Nice accommodations as depicted. Pool was very nice and we really appreciated the convenient parking.Host was responsive to issue with internet.Only glitch was trying to find the unit. A better description to use parking garage between Lawa'i and Prince Kuhio resorts would have been very helpful, because getting to unit was a quick walk past trash bins then left and follow path to stairs at end of building.

My daughter and I had a great time staying at the property. It was clean and the unit was quiet. The unit had everything you would need from kitchen appliances/utensils, bathroom items to beach equipment such as chairs, boogie boards, and snorkel equipment. The location of the unit allowed quick trips to Poipu, Koloa, and even Lihue. The host was prompt to respond to any questions/issues. We definitely would stay here again.

This property was phenomenal. Right across the street is an amazing beach with snorkeling and a really great restaurant. The property was clean and cute. There was plenty of beach stuff like beach chairs, beach towels etc to help support your stay. We absolutely loved it and plan to stay again when we are back!! such a rare find!!

This was the perfect room for our stay in Kauai - it was close to Kōloa and Po’ipu and served as a home base while we explored the island. Great restaurants around there - Beach House, Merriman’s, La Spezia, Porky’s - and shopping. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were even coolers we could take to the beach. We had a great time - mahalo!

We had a wonderful stay at Prince Kuhio. The location was within walking distance to multiple beaches and the unit was well-equipped with beach chairs, bags, boogie board and an umbrella. It was nice to have shady place to park our car. As with any place on Kauai, make sure you bring earplugs - otherwise you'll hear those roosters very early in the morning.

Room is very clean, and has a good amount of pantry staples and beach gear. Location is very close to beaches and restaurants. Everything looks just like the pictures, recently updated and in great shape. Lots of parking (the covered spots are super close to this room), and the building and grounds are very well maintained. 10/10, I’d definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here and appreciate the great communication with the host. The place is updated so nicely and is furnished with all the necessities to cook with. I love how the slider window opens to the balcony which faces the beautiful foliage. It feels very private being on the second floor.

I loved this place! It is set up in a beautiful and functional way. The location was great. The instructions were easy to follow for checking in and out. This unit may be nicer than others in the complex. I did not visit the pool while I stayed.

Our stay here was amazing! Loved the location and the room was very nice and clean. Ou AC was not working when we arrived and the host was proactive about communicating and sending someone to fix it. No problems after that!

Great Condo!

The place worked out perfectly for us. It was recently remodeled and the location was very close to local beaches and restaurants. The included beach supplies were great to have as well.
