Great location and easy to work with

Anthony was helpful and easy to work with. We were in town for a wedding with our 2 year old and this house worked great for us.

Quiet and great location

This townhouse is in a nice, quiet area and very central to all the different hikes and activities we planned. Anthony was very responsive and great to work with.

Christmas get away

Complex was well kept and quiet and the suite was comfortable and clean. It was nice having TVs in both bedrooms. What was really great was that old town was in walking distance with an array of great restaurants. The mall is literally across the street - a one minute walk. The nearest Safeway and Wallmart is about a 10 minute drive. Great location and would stay again.

Scottsdale condo stay

The condo was more than adequate for our needs. Very clean and comfortable furniture. Bedrooms both upstairs but that was fine with us! Close to the pool which had nice lounge chairs for enjoying time in the sun. Although close to restaurants cand shopping we found it a bit too far to walk. Overall very nice stay!

Great apartment

The apartment was great. We stayed for 3 months, and the apartment had just about everything we needed. Pros: Anthony was very responsive and helpful, he was always there to help and checked in to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The pool and grills are just out the back door. Very clean and spacious apartment. The bedrooms are huge, and the king bed is extremely comfortable. Cons: The shared washer/dryers were out of order a lot. The dishwasher was bad, but the host was able to get a handy man out whenever we needed. The wifi was not great, and would always go out on work calls when working from home but Anthony was able to reset it remotely which was great. The worst part was a woman who lived in the complex who walked around like she owned the place. She would tell us what we can and cannot do and rules we had to follow even though we were respectful and kept to ourselves. If you can avoid her, you will have a phenomenal stay.

Wedding in Scottsdale area

Great location!!!!! Easy access to parking and pool. Beds were comfortable as well. Simple and clean place to stay in a great location to Scottsdale Fashion Square.

Great Spot

I really enjoyed my stay at this place. I have Family that lives in Phoenix but I chose to stay in my own place it was perfect! Beds are comfortable rooms are Spacious! I also extended my stay for an extra day to get a little more shopping and great food.Great location right next to Scottdale fashion square and great restaurants. I will 100% come back to this place thank you so much Anthony!!
