What an amazing place! We stayed in March and were able to see whales EVERY DAY from our balcony (and even our bedroom windows). Alan was the ultimate host and very responsive to all of my many questions. I would highly recommend this VRBO, and hope to stay again!!

Alan was an excellent host. He provided great support and a long list of activites, restaurants, and shopping suggestions. The condo was very comfortable and well stocked. It was hard not to just sit on the lanai all day and watch the whales and the waves.

After years of visits to Kauai, we feel like we've only scratched the surface of doing, seeing and eating all of its wonders. The incredible panoramic oceanfront views from every room are only surpassed by time on the lanai. With its bar height table and chairs, it serves as an "observatory" of amazing everchanging sights: Sunrises, rainbows, sunsets, storms dancing across the water, humpback whales, dolphins, turtles, birds of all kinds and water craft. The communication was great. The check in and check out super easy and super smooth. But, the best part was the view! The house was great and met or exceeded our needs for sure, but the view was unbeatable! And, we were super grateful for the beach chairs as well. Would definitely recommend this house and hope that we can stay there again!

Aloha! Thank you for pointing out the ease of arriving and departing (although we've always found it hard to leave). An Hawaiian vacation should be worry free. That's why we try to make everything easy and care free. We attempt to have everything for our guests, that we would and do want, when we arrive. Beach towels and chairs, ice cooler, umbrella, snorkel gear, boogie boards are all ready for beach fun. The kitchen has about any appliance, cookware and dishes one would want. Games, books, binoculars, an Alexa, WIFI, charging stations, etc. are also available for guest comfort. But, as you point out, the up close and personal panoramic oceanfront views from every room and lanai are virtually incomparable. We look forward to your return.

The owners/managers were amazing to work with and shared local knowledge that we found helpful even having visted numerous times. The kitchen is well provisioned and has all the vacation-on-an-island gear you may need. If it's available, book it.

A must stay if you’re visiting Kauai. Alan & Vicki’s condo is exceptional! Clean, safe, comfortable, and well appointed. Everything you need for the perfect getaway. I can’t say enough about the views. OMG! Incredible! And falling asleep to the sound of the ocean is so very special. When we met people on other parts of the island, they would ask us where we were staying, we’d say Princeville and all of them said that it was the most beautiful area of the island. We agree. Going back to Vicki and Alan beautiful condo ASAP.

Amazing vacation place!

We stayed for four nights. We had an amazing vacation. Alan was super responsive and always so helpful. The place is super clean and had everything that you need while you are there. Definitely recommend this place and we'll come back!

It warms our heart to hear that our guests have had "an amazing vacation". We love Kauai and all that it offers. We try to make HollysKauaiCondo the perfect launching pad for each days' adventure. But, as you found out, the adventure doesn't end when you return to the condo, because of the up close and personal panoramic oceanfront views, from every room. One continues to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, rainbows, a blanket of stars, storms dancing across the ocean surface and a plethora of wild life, including marine animals. Fantastic location

The location and views are amazing at this property. Centrally located to all north end beaches. If we didn't feel like going out, the condo was great to hang out at.

Thank you for choosing HollysKauaiCondo for your special Hawaiian getaway! As owners visiting our property during the early days of Covid, we were required to quarantine for 2 weeks. Though we longed to "go out and play", we discovered that the views from the rooms and lanai, gave us a huge opportunity to enjoy the serenity and mystery of watching the ever-changing water, sky and animal life. Wonderful

We had a hiccup that was eventually taken care of. Alan worked with us and made sure we were satisfied. Views are amazing. The property was well stocked and had everything we needed during our stay.

Fantastic View in a Wonderful Condo

Great views of the ocean. Every detail totally thought out. Coffee, washer/dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, and everything you would want for a perfect stay in a lovely well decorated two bedroom and two bath condo. I have stayed there twice and I would stay again.

Mahalo nui loa for your comments and for your return visit. About 40% of each year's occupancy are returning guests. We believe that is the highest compliment we could get. While the oceanfront view from every room is spectacular, we try to pay attention to the "little" things. Such as: 1) a motion sensitive light at the front door, for the late arrivals. 2) starter coffee, 3) an abundance of charging stations, 3) an Alexa for music and to answer questions, 4) nearly any kitchen tool one might want 5) WIFI, 6) a list of emergency numbers & addresses, 7) most all that is needed for a beach visit or a snorkeling outing, 8) small library of books, including Kauai related books & DVDs. There is more, but basically we want the condo set up for our guests, just like we want it for ourselves. Please return. Alan & Vicki

Beautiful, peaceful location

We loved our stay at Holly’s Condo. The rooms were very large, very comfortable furniture as well as the beds. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves in the ocean. The kitchen and laundry facilities were well stocked. The home is centrally located in the north shore area of the island. Close to many sites and excellent restaurants. Recommend this condo as it was very clean, close to shops, beaches and restaurants and very comfortable and welcoming.

Loved it!

Directions were a little confusing to find it, and it’s way back in a neighborhood. Other than that it’s perfect!

The condo had everything you could want for a vacation in Kauai. Beautiful views of the ocean were a definite plus. Would stay here again - highly recommend!

Aloha. "Location" is the number 1 determinant of value/enjoyment. HollysKauaiCondo's location within Kauai's northshore resort community of Princeville, is just the beginning. The 2nd level site, with ground level access (no stairs), offers incredible convenience, as well as upper level views and greater privacy. This is all good, but panoramic oceanfront views from every room, makes it uniquely spectacular. In addition, the view is north facing, so sunrises and sunsets can be enjoyed without the harsh glare of the sun and reflected rays. But, we like your succinct description of the views: "Unbeatable". In a nut shell, we fell in love with this incredibly beautiful island along with the sounds, sights and fragrances of Kauai, which surrounds our condo. We have the sensation of serenity and, virtually, being alone, yet minutes from everything. Kauai is the Hawaii of our dreams.
