This unit features an open floor plan including a very large kitchen with seating for four around the island plus an eating bar that seats two.   Recent updates include stainless steel appliances, white quartz countertops, and a well stocked kitchen. The LVP flooring extends throughout the entire condo with no carpet in any room.

The gulf front bedroom suite features a king bed, large closet, and updated private bath with a walk-in shower and a double sink vanity.  Large sliding glass door with beautiful view of gulf without even lifting your head from your pillow! The first guest bedroom has two queen beds while  the second guest bedroom has a set of  queen-sized bunk beds. These bedrooms share a full bath with shower/tub combo.  Each bedroom has its own tv for the enjoyment of all.

The living room has comfortable seating with a 55" TV including DVR. Dining table seats six comfortably inside. The huge balcony also has dining for 6 plus a comfortable sitting area.  This is a great place for afternoon naps, unless you prefer to relax on the beach or at the pool!

The resort amenities include large outdoor gulf side pool, indoor heated pool, tennis court, fitness room, and sauna. ***Two parking passes are available for each arrival.  Parking passes are $50.00 each and will be left in the unit on the bar in the kitchen. Please place the parking passes immediately, as security does actively check the premises.

*** The pool will be closed from October 23, 2023 - March 25, 2024.

*** Please note that the Palms is currently undergoing a balcony restoration project until the end of May 2024. The Tennis Court is closed until the end of April.
