Seagull is the perfect way to experience the local way of beach life living!!! Everything is with in walking distance. Seagull is located on the ground floor with no view, but you can be on the beach in 3 minutes. Everything you need is there waiting for you. Seagull is walk in ready for a comfortable beach life stay!!! Also included is your designated, guaranteed parking space in our private lot. There is a well lit, safe path for 24 hour access. Gas station, liquor store, restaurants, bars all local and with in walking distance.

Cute and close to beach

Great for our 4th of July retreat. Communication from host before and during stay was thorough and informative. Condo was perfect for us. Location is convenient to restaurants and beaches. We had a fun time!

Never disappoints!

I love Tybee! The beach isn’t over crowded and from where we stayed it is just two blocks away! We did rent a golf cart because other places were farther away to be able to walk to! Our room was great and cozy! Our host was easy to talk to and responded quickly!

The property was as it is listed. Although there is a specific spot for the unit to park, the parking lot was tight at times. Short walk to the beach. Owners very accommodating! There was a hurricane headed in and owners offered us an additional night at no charge so we wouldn't have to travel in bad weather. Beach goers very friendly!

Hidden Gem!

This place is awesome! It was super clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable which is usually the biggest issue for me when we stay at VRBOs because I have a bad back. The small details like having the fancy toilet paper and putting two glasses to chill in the freezer were fantastic. This place is a short walk to the beach and the host gave us great directions. If you are a person who goes to sleep earlier than 10pm this may not be the place for you on the weekends because there is a pizza place next door and a brewery upstairs. Everything was pretty quiet by 10:30pm on a busy Saturday. There was never any noise on Sunday. The host was very responsive and checked in on us to see if we needed anything.

Great get away

We had a great time staying at Seagul. Quick walk to the beach, great taco cantina resturant next door and an easy drive over to Savannah. Had a great time
