If you are looking for unobstructed views of the gulf from every room in your condo, this unit is for you! This beautifully updated Seachase condominium boasts 1,400 square feet of luxury living space with 2 gulf front master suites, one on each end of the unit. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and spacious walk-in closet with a King bed in one bedroom and Queen bed in the other. The generous sized, gulf front living/dining area and kitchen are located in the center of the unit. The living room features a pull-out sofa for additional guests and has a brand-new Smart TV just recently installed in 2022. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen with range oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, and a full-sized washer and dryer. Every room has floor-to-ceiling windows, totaling 60 feet of wall-to-wall views of the gulf. Watch the beautiful sunsets while relaxing on your large, private balcony.

Seachase is a small condominium complex located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Due to its size, there is little to no elevator wait. Covered parking is available on-site. Located less than 2 miles west of Pier Park which boasts 124 shops, a variety of restaurants, The Grand IMAX movie theater, Dave & Buster's, The Skywheel, & a variety of other dining and entertainment options.

This project should not affect your use of the condo, pool, etc. but there will be varying degrees of noise as they complete the surrounding units. Prices have already been adjusted to reflect any inconvenience, noise, etc. this may cause.***

Important Notes:
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- On-site parking limited to two vehicles. No exceptions due to HOA restrictions.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- Seasonal beach chair and umbrella rentals are available from on-site vendor.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
- Guests can park up to 2 vehicles on site, 2 parking passes will be left in the unit.

We love staying at the condo. This was our 4th year. It's close to everything but a far enough away to not have to deal with traffic or crowded beaches. The views from the balcony are fabulous especially sunset. We had one issue - the TV went out; however within 4 hrs it was replaced with a new one! The layout of the condo is perfect - clean, cozy and comfortable. We will come back again.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was well maintained and furnished. Beds were comfortable. Although it could use new pillows. The ones there were stained.Condo is in a great location to grocery store and restaurants.Will definitely stay there again.

We had a great time. We were so thankful Helene did not effect our weather too badly. We love staying here! A note: there was no remote for the TV so we could not access Netflix.

Nice location and condo

Loved the layout and location of the condo. I only had a couple minor issues which were beds are very firm and pillows were flat. Water drained really slow during shower, washing machime was really loud, burners on stove top were slow to heat. Condo nicely decorated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great place!

Overall, my stay was great! The room with the king bed is DEFINITELY more comfortable. The queen bed isn’t too comfortable, but both rooms having an ocean view made it for it! Lol Just bring a couple of extra pillows with you. ;-) The condo was clean (I’m pretty OCD), so I was impressed. Check-in was simple and communication was great. I didn’t have to call and ask any questions. Everything was a breeze! Thank you for the opportunity to stay! I’ll be back!

Wonderful

We enjoyed our stay in E304. A few minor issues. The air didn't seem to work in the bedroom to the right of the entry door. It was very hot & humid. The floors were nasty. We had to get a Swiffer, but a mop & water would be better. The sliding door in the room to the left of entry door would not open. Leasing office stated it could be bolted shut. How is that even safe? Other than these problems, we would stay again. Hopefully, if we stay again next year, these issues will be fixed.

BEAUTIFUL View!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First night, shortly after we arrived, we went to the grocery store, and bought some food for the week. Next morning, there was a decent sized puddle of water on the floor in front of the fridge. We opened the fridge/freezer doors and it was warm inside of both. All of the ice had melted, which explained the water puddle, and so did our ice cream. I notified Management, and they were on it. It wasn't until a few hours later that the repair man arrived, but by that time, all of our perishables had perished (meats and whatnots). The repair man fixed the problem, and Management refunded the cost of our perishables. They even went a step above, and offered us three, free adult tickets to any of the Xplorie attractions (in addition to the tickets which were already included). 5 Stars to Managemen!!! I must add that our neighbors below and above us were loud. Hard to read a book on the balcony. But then again, we did go during Spring Break. Overall, I would rent from here again.

I've stayed here before and it was good enough to stay again, but this time, there were several issues. My sheets were dirty. They came and changed them, but I didn't find out until getting in late, so I slept on the couch the first night. I didn't feel too good about that either, but thank God for Lysol spray. 2 of the days, one of the bathrooms were leaking water from the vent. I thought I was hearing running water...nope, the vent looked as if it were literally raining over the toilet. I just cleaned it up and thought maybe something was going on upstairs. The bed was extremely uncomfortable (again). It's my fault...I forgot how bad it was last time, but I brought some pillows. This time, I didn't.. Other than that, it's nice sitting outside. THAT was the highlight.

Stay with southern coast rentals

They offered to have same lady come clean it but she didn't do good first time wasn't asking to do again. Then sliding door in the master bedroom was so hard to open.. the decor is something else.. we paid almost 2800.00 for the week.. will not be staying here or with this company.

We had one small issue with the beach chairs, the beach guy said they didn’t come with our condo but soon as I emailed the office they got it all straightened out fast and we had chairs the rest of the stay. The only thing is the porch light was burnt out on both sides so it was a bit hard to see to put our code in the door. But we used our phone flashlight. No wait at all on the elevators which was very nice. We did have teenagers and there wasn’t much for them to do at the condo as others have lazy rivers and tiki bars. Overall it was a great place to stay:)
