Modern State- Brand New Downtown TC Condo

Brand new gorgeous condo located right downtown Traverse City. The condo is located within close walking distance to amazing restaurants, bars, beaches, shopping and more. Several great places right across the street. You will love how close this condo is to Front St. We also secured a parking spot directly across the condo which is a huge plus for anything downtown.
- Please note there is construction going on at the adjacent building. There will be some minor construction noise during the day time hours.
- We are following all guidelines and protocols per the CDC for a deep clean.

Anniversary Getaway

The unit was perfect location to walk to restaurants and shops. Parking spot was excellent bonus. The unit itself was very clean and had everything we needed for our anniversary weekend getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

One block off the center of downtown. Perfect location. Next door to Cousin Jenny’s - wonderful Pasties!!! The unit was quiet and comfortable. Very enjoyable trip!!!

Condo was centrally located to all of the ctivities that we did on our trip. It was also within walking distance to several good restaurants. Would stay here again.

Awesome Location

The location of this condo was fantastic, walking distance to downtown. We had no issues at the condo, check in was easy received all the information ahead of time. We will definitely stay here in the future if it is available.

Clean and convenient

We spent two days in Traverse City. The host was super helpful with tour and restaurant suggestions. We did a wine tour of the peninsula and ate at two suggested places. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Great Stay

Recently stayed for four nights. Communication from host was great (recd 3 days prior). Condo was clean and had everything that we needed. Parking was across the street. Short walk to shops, restaurant and beach (less than 1 block to most).

Anniversary Weekend

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here and had a great time. The apartment was perfect for the two of us and the location couldn't have been better. So many things to do all within walking distance. Additionally, a short drive to the wineries. The host was very communicative and even provide some great recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful!

This was an awesome find! This place is just off Front Street in the heart of the downtown district. We walked everywhere during the weekend and it was great. The place was immaculate and Lisa (owner) is very sweet. Will definitely stay here again when we are in town.

Excellent location

My husband and I had a great stay! The condo was clean, spacious, and included everything we needed. The host quickly responded to a couple of inquiries I had. The absolute best part was how conveniently located it was to downtown. Even on a snowy weekend in February, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go downtown!
