Another FANTASTIC stay in SXM!

We travel to SXM at least 2x/year and have stayed at a few wonderful properties in the Orient Beach/Bay village area. This property is, by far, one of our VERY favorites. New, clean, comfortable and convenient with a fantastic view! Looking forward to returning!

Superb

The condo was clean, comfortable. The deck overlooks the ocean. Perfect for morning coffee and wine at night. Everything was in working order. It is minutes from many 5 star restaurants

Absolutely Perfect!

This was our 18th time visiting St. Martin/Orient Beach; it was our 1st time staying at this property -- and, it was absolutely perfect. Brand new. Nicely and comfortably appointed. Amazing view. Ideal location in the village and on the beach. Hands down -- will stay here again and again and again!

Great location on the beach

Great place on the second floor facing the beach. Wake up and walk over. Plenty of places to rent chairs with varying prices or deals.Walking distance to a group of restaurants and shops too.To check in, the key lock box is in the hallway across the front door. Enter the code, select the choice on screen and it will open the box to grab the key.

Location Location Location

We stayed at Orient Beach this time and the location was exceptional. You can rent many places there but Beach Front is where it’s at. Coffee in the morning on the patio watching the sunrise is a great way to start your day. Cocktails in the evening watching the moon reflect on the water.. Need I say more. Very clean, new amenities air conditioning on both levels, beach chairs, umbrellas..all included. I will look them up the next time we go back. Thank you. Regards LB

SXM Paradise

10 out of 10. Our stay was wonderful. Beautiful Property which was located with easy walks to everything you need. Amazing beach view. Roomy deck to enjoy a meal or just relax. Pool area was nice with plenty of chairs,umbrellas and tables. A couple of suggestions. Would be helpful to know it’s in Alamanda building and maybe better directions to find key box and how to open. Maybe a sheet with directions in English to operate washing machine, dishwasher and stove. Would be nice to know we needed to bring soap and all toiletries. Overall one of the closest places to the beach we have stayed in our 25 plus years visiting. Would highly recommend!!

Magnifique!

Nous avons tous passé un séjour incroyable, duplex très joliment décoré, propre avec tout ce qu’il faut comme équipement. Très bien situé, à pied de tout, belle vue sur la mer des caraibes. Merci Alexandra pour tout, ainsi qu’Elisabeth:)
