Lido Key- 5 min Walk to the beach & St Armands. Freshly remodeled tiny main floor studio in a Great location and affordable way to enjoy this popular area. One of the top beaches in the US. This cozy cottage features queen size bed, refrigerator, range, microwave, coffee maker, cooking items, dishes, and a pull-out large kitchen table.

**ABSOLUTELY NO MORE THAN 2 GUESTS INCLUDING CHILDREN ALLOWED**
**ELECTRIC USAGE for Electric cars is not to be used anywhere on our complex or to the Unit itself***

We offer a beach cart to use, as well as and beach chairs and beach towels. Also, behind our complex is kayak rental. Bike rental within 2 blocks. VEO e scooter rentals found throughout the area. The Beach is a 7-10 min walk and there are 2 public access points.

The location is amazing, but our vintage building was built in the 50’s, so keep that in mind so that your not expecting a brand new complex. Updates are always on-going. Studio is small.

It’s a wonderful location and so close to the beach and St Armand’s circle!

The host welcomed us and verified we got in okay and if we had any questions. The cottage was perfectly stocked with all the amenities. The bed and linens were wonderful, the temperature great. We enjoyed the patio and the beach chairs. Although it was billed as "tiny cottage" there was plenty of room for us, our luggage and all of our clothes for the five days we were there. We even used the washer/dryer and they worked great. We walked to town even though we had a car and it's close to the beach. Everything was great!

Couldn't be happier about our stay!!! The check-in process was very easy and the host answered any questions I had in a timely manner. The place was easy to find along one of the main roads and although the buildings are older, they are well-maintained and so are the grounds. This studio unit is small (average for a studio), but it was perfect for two people and we still felt like we had enough space to roam about freely and not feel claustrophobic. It was very clean and updated nicely. All appliances worked great and the AC kept us nice and cool.The bed was cozy and there were two sleeping pillows per person (loved that). We were so thankful to have toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and plenty of towels upon arrival. There was also a nice-sized cooler provided, which we took to the beach every day. We appreciated that so much!The location of the unit within the property was quiet and felt secluded, which was great. The patio was a fun place to hang out and beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, and beach towels were provided. This made walking to the beach a breeze. We walked less than 10 minutes to the public beach by the Ritz Carlton and it was very spacious and not a lot of people around. Found many shells and sand dollars. Our favorite beach spot was out from the corner of John Ringling Blvd and Benjamin Franklin Dr. There were not many people at that part of the beach, which made for great uninterrupted sunsets and an overall quiet, pleasant time.

Love this place ! We stayed 10 days and had a wonderful time! It was so quiet and peaceful. A short walk to the beach and you're in paradise. Communication with the host was amazing and they checked in with us half way through our stay. I would definitely stay here again ! Ta

Cozy Cottage

This is a great place to stay while in Sarasota. Linda and Vern were available if we had concerns. The cottage is a quiet retreat close to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location

Just as described and more than adequate for what we needed. The supplied beach cart, chairs and towels came in clutch and the full size stove allowed us to bake and cook all the fish we caught . Location is central to all the surrounding areas and peaceful enough to be secluded from the high traffic spots.

My husband & I fell in love with the Sarasota area 20 years ago. We have come down to stay for years and years when our kiddos were little. Now, they come down and bring their kiddos. We hope you love it as much as we do!

Lido-key is the perfect place for everything. It's fun and the ability to walk everywhere is one of our favoritte things. We walk everywhere- to the beach, to St. Armands, to the parks, to the bike rental, to the kayak rental, and over to the bridge to the exicting hopping downtown Sarasota.
