Clean, right on the beach. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Contact with the host was easy and they responded quickly. We have rented from them before and will continue to do so. Very nice trip!

Summer vacation

Everything was nice, convenient - we had no problems. I would recommend a few rugs for sandy feet though. We swept often.

No issues, enjoyed the location and would definitely stay again

We went down for a cheer competition in April, the weather was extremely windy, but that wasn’t the condos fault. Everything worked, we encountered no issues whatsoever. Location was great, everything worked, and would absolutely rent this condo again. After all, you open up your balcony and you are looking at the ocean. It doesn’t get much better than that. Just a mile away from a boardwalk area where there’s a lot of things to do. Great place to stay.

Not worth the price - poor management

Found blood on our pillowcases when we arrived. Also were given the wrong code to check in - the company that manages this property has a crazy check-out time of 9 am, and then will charge you $60 for late check out. The place itself was fine. Great location. Would have given it a 4 minus the management issues.

Horrible and unusable

Will never book with this management company again. Avoid them at all cost. They refused to resolve our issues but offered a free night. We left and paid for a second place.

Not worth the money

The place needs updating. The shower and toilet seats were chipped. The shower didn't work at all. The furniture is scuffed and chipped. It needs blackout drapes in the bedroom. (There's a common area light above the bedroom window that prevents the bedroom from ever getting dark.)

2022 Spring Break

Overall location was great. Amenities were what was expected for a rental, although blinds were broken and could not totally block out sun. Unfortunately it is a bit frustrating to be charged a significant fee for cleaning while not seeing the results. We had to walk around the apartment in our socks, otherwise the bottom of our feet turned black. A quick mopping or "swiffering" is all it would take to have clean floors. I don't like to be one of those that complain, but the dirty floor issues is not trivial.

Balcony Disappointment!!

After driving 7hrs we were highly disappointed in the condo especially with the amount we paid for the holiday weekend!! Upon arrival we had trouble getting through the gate, the gate to the beach was locked with a bicycle lock that was rusted so you have to use the far end entrace, the condo floors still had sand on them, sheets in the pull out couch had stains all over it, front of fridge is rusted, hole in ceiling that is rusted, walls are nicked and has paint peeling off of it, and the MOST disappointing is the balcony door was duct tape shut and unable to open. This was the biggest issue considering the safety concern with being on the bottom floor and not knowing if the door was locked or not and the thought that someone could help themselves in while we were sleeping and having a baby with us made it uneasy. It was upsetting that no where on our reservation or on the Vrbo listing did it state it the balcony was closed! This definitely would have made us book elsewhere to enjoy the balcony. However, once we reached out to the rental company were notified it hasn't been working for awhile and probably won't be fixed till December (so be aware). Location was great though, but would NOT rent this place again i would spend more for somewhere updated with a working balcony to enjoy!! The ladies at the rental were great and did listen to our concerns.

Overall

The property is on the dated side(think 80’s). It needs some tlc a lot of nicks in the walls, loose floor tiles, sliding door hard to open just to name a few. The furnishings and kitchen cabinets appear to be new, but cheaply made, most likely from “big box” stores. The first night we arrived the AC wasn’t working. We contacted the manager via text and they sent someone out the next morning to look at it. So that was a nice experience! My wife and I stayed for the month of January we had a great time and would most likely do it again. VRBO was a great experience 5 stars there. The property for the price and location? 3.5 - 4 stars for sure.

Great location

The location was great - right on the gulf. However, it was a very hot weekend and the a/c would only xcool the condo down to 76 even though the thermostat was set to 68. Overall the condo was very dated. Not up to the standard of other condos we have stayed at on Pensacola Beach. Bad, noisy, too soft bed(I think it is just too old and worn out). Gate to beach was locked with a bike cable lock(had to use the other end of the parking garage to access the beach). Outside of entire condo building needs maintained - mostly painting. Looks like a new roof but unpainted facia boards, balcony railings with peeling paint - just looks like no one is interested in keeping the condo in good condition.

While we love that you enjoyed how close you were to the beach, we do not enjoy hearing that you were uncomfortable during your stay regarding the thermostat. We apologize that this was not taken care of during your stay, however I do not show you calling in to report it, had you a service member would have been out in a timely manner to see if the situation could have been resolved. Regardless a work order has been put in to stop over and check it out for future guests as well as a walk through of the property to check the overall state of the unit. Please keep in mind that while we love being able to rent these units, they are still private property and are up to the discretion of the owner to furnish as seen fit. Quiet location so close to the beach

We had zero problems at this property. Our condo was overlooking the beach, quiet and peaceful. It’s only a short walk to the ocean. We could hear the waves from our balcony. It was exactly what we wanted, away from the crowds and noise.
