Everything was clean and organized in a great location in a very nice facility. The only negative thing we'd have to say is that the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, woke up with a couple stiff necks and headaches LOL

Annual Pensacola Beach Week

Everything was seamless with check-in. The only issue I had was after checking in and while I was in the shower the building manager and a couple were entering the unit. Luckily, I had the latch secured. They were there to check a water leak in the unit. The next day a tech came and solved the issue. After that management communicated about entering the unit.

Excellent location, be nice if the pool were heated. Some of the dishes needed to be hand washed before use as they still had food particles on them.when they washed the balcony they splattered a lot on the glass railing and didn’t clean it off so that was a little gross. Otherwise we really loved it.

This is a lovely condo in a very friendly, relaxed setting with many local residents. It has everything you need to enjoy the sunshine. We had a few questions regarding check in and using technology that were promptly addressed.

We never made it to the condo

My mother fell and broke her hip a few weeks before our trip. When I tried to reschedule Southern vacation said we could not and that we weren’t entitled to any refund. When I explained the extenuating circumstances and asked for some understanding they hid behind the VRBO policy and said there was nothing they could do. They then asked if we wanted to extend our stay at a 40% discount. I will never book with that property management group again.

Adults visiting family graves have good time in Pensacola

After driving around Alabama and Florida it was relaxing to get into the one bed room condo and relax. It was quiet mainly because it was the first week in March.

We loved staying here! The views of the bay were perfect. We really enjoyed the pool. The permanent residents were super friendly and kind. We were close to all our favorite spots. We look forward to returning soon.

Pensacola Condo

Generally a pretty good stay, loved the location. There were a few minor issues with the condo. We got locked out because the key fob didn’t work. We weren’t able to use the pool 3-4 days because it was being maintained. The towel rack in the bathroom kept falling off. The garbage shoot was plugged up in the building. We left there still having a great time. The beach’s there were spectacular along with several nice restaurants to choose from and plenty of shops to check out.
