The property “Perfect Place” is a quick 5-minute walk to the beautiful white sandy beaches and crystal clear turquoise waters of the gulf! “Perfect Place” is walking distance - less than 1/3 mile - to many restaurants and shops! Hurricane Hanks, an 8-minute walk, offers the best fish tacos in the area! Ugly Grouper for music and meals is a 4-minute walk. Island Fresh market, hairdresser, True Value Hardware, many gift and clothes shops, liquor store, and upscale bar, all within a 4- to 8-minute walk.

Best of all AMI has lighted public tennis courts, a pickleball court, baseball field, fenced-in basketball courts, and two large fenced-in free dog roaming parks (one for small dogs and one for large dogs). These activities are within a 10-minute walk from “Perfect Place”. Boat rental is a 5-minute walk. There is also a community center that offers round-robin tennis, pickleball, yoga, exercise class, etc. The community center is 2 miles away, and an easy back road bike ride.

AMI has free trolley service with daily service that runs from 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. every 20 minutes from the Anna Maria City Pier on the north to Coquina Beach on the south. There is no need for a car once you arrive. The Publix Market is 1.3 miles and offers Instacart free delivery! AMI offers reasonable cost limo service from both Tampa and Sarasota airports. No need for a car rental!

Robinson Preserve, one of many in Bradenton, offers biking, hiking, and walking paths all within biking distance from “Perfect Place.” This Preserve is one of the best we have experienced in many years of hiking! Enjoy

Two EV free charging stations for guests convenience. Both a 110 volt 20 amp standard plug and 220 volt 50 amp 14-50 NEMA (typical oven plug) for fast charging. Can be used to charge cars or golf carts!

A copier, scanner, and printer for guest use. Paper may be required. Print airline tickets, recipes, pictures, or that last-minute work assignment!

Never buy bottled water as the whole house has a filtration system and the kitchen has an additional water purifier for better than bottled water taste and purity!

PETS: Dogs are allowed with prior approval. 2 dogs max. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet.

*Please note: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
