Cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo located in the popular Summit Complex next to Eagle Lodge and Sierra Star Golf Course. Sleeps up to 4 guests and is approximately 800 sq. ft.

Just a short walk to skiing or golfing, and a quick drive or shuttle ride to shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants. Enter by taking the stairs from the parking garage to the second floor.

The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, Smart TV, and plenty of storage. The living room offers a sectional sofa with a foldout bed, pellet stove, flat-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and access to a deck overlooking the pool. The dining area seats 4, with additional seating at the kitchen bar, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo and single vanity.

Guests enjoy access to the Summit's community amenities, including a summer heated pool, BBQ area, tennis courts, horseshoe pits, year-round Jacuzzis, and a fitness center. One parking space is available in the covered parking garage (clearance 6'9”). Please note: no additional parking is available on-site.

Complimentary internet and cable TV are provided; however, no refunds are given for connectivity issues.

Great Location and Comfy!

Just a 5 min bus ride away from Eagle. Well stocked kitchen, warm pellet stove, jacuzzi, just what we need after a great day on the slopes.

I like to start with location which was great but but Parking had low clearance and you'll only learn that after booking wuth confirmation email, bathroom floor was dirty with dirty mat the house itself was nice and cozy but there was dust everywhere and the dishes outside had so much dust on it with faucets having brown water coming out for an hour , also we could hear the walking of neighbors in upper units eventhough they all had carpet flooring. Lastly the couch bed was very uncomfortable and the extra pillows provided in closet were so old and dirty.

We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location and found the home cozy, but we’re very sorry that several aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. We did not receive any messages from you during your visit regarding concerns about cleanliness, brown water, or issues with the sofa bed and linens. Had we known, we would have immediately sent our housekeeping or maintenance team to address them. We take these concerns very seriously, and your feedback will be shared with our cleaning team so we can ensure this does not happen again. Regarding the brown water, this can occasionally happen in Mammoth after building-wide maintenance or town water flushing, but it typically clears quickly. Again, we would have been happy to assist had we been notified. Noise from neighboring units can vary depending on occupancy, even with carpeted floors, and we apologize if this impacted your stay. We’ll also take a look at the sofa bed and the extra pillows to see what needs updating or replacing. Thank you again for bringing these items to our attention. Your feedback is important to us and helps us improve the experience for future guests.
