Heavenly Week
Spent Spring Break week at this home with 4 generations of our family. We've stayed in many VRBO properties all up and down the OR and CA coast, and all agreed that this one was one of the very best. Super spacious and inviting floor plan, good game areas as well as well-kept enclosed outdoor space. We were all struck by the many details that were though of by the host, such as hanging hooks in all the bathrooms, lots of board games and puzzles, beach toys and wagon, ready-to-use firewood for the pit in the yard, etc. The beach is just a short easy walk away, and is a good one. Lots of hikes, parks, and other beaches nearby. Meyers Beach at low tide is a must for viewing starfish, anemones, etc, as well as the best beach for sand dollars we've ever found. The pool and hot tub were very clean and well-maintained, and get serviced weekly.
We were initially somewhat put off by the number of tacked-on fees when we booked. However there's very little work required at checkout, and ultimately we felt that the quality of the property and the attention it clearly gets from the owners/managers justified the extra expense. Would absolutely stay again, and probably will.
