This was a great spot to land after a day of sight seeing. It was particularly nice to have a full size fridge and freezer and the laundry. Multiple bathrooms made it easy for all of us to get ready quickly. We felt very comfortable.

I come to SC frequently as my husband has a contract job there at the moment. The home was nice. It’s unfortunate that the refrigerator was not working. However, there was a smaller one provided. The home was well maintained and the couch was my favorite spot on the rainy days. It rained every single day that we stayed there. I, of course, took advantage of being lazy and laying on the comfy couch and watching movies all day every day. Lol. I would highly recommend this place!!

Great Town Home Stay

Clean and neat town home outside of Charleston; Convenient land safe location and excellent accommodations for the 4 adults in our party. Loved having the separate bathrooms and access to the pool.

We were disappointed. Communication with the property manager was poor right from booking. The keypad only worked once. We were given instructions to find the key but it only worked for the back door....which were not told immediately. The keypad issue was not resolved during our stay and we stumbled in the dark one night to find the back door of condo in a 4 unit long building. The bedroom carpets desperately need cleaning. The refrigerator and microwave had not been cleaned and the kitchen essentials were the barest. In the end, no one managing this place was responsive. We certainly should be refunded on ALL service fees at the very least.

Great property close to everything

Great townhouse to stay. Close to beach but in a quiet neighborhood. Would note the t.v. is streaming only which was fine for us. Plenty of space and a great pool!

Awesome accommodations

Townhouse was clean and comfortable. All amenities were available as listed. Very quiet neighborhood and good central location. Autumn was an excellent host!

Close to Shipyard Park

We had a great time. The condo was just what we needed. We liked that it was close to Shipyard Park for our sons baseball tournament. It was an easy drive to the beach if you wanted to get there. The owners were great with communication.

Awesome

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is clean and spacious with plenty of room to move about. It’s is well decorated and has a homey feel. There is a pool onsite that we didn’t use but did take advantage of the beach. We spent torn at Sullivan’s Island (highly recommend). Quick trip to the beach or downtown Charleston - a must see. Our hosts were extremely responsive and they were so accommodating when we requested an early check in. There are so many things to do in the area and this location is centrally located. We have found our VRBO in Charleston and have no reason to stay anywhere else!

Quiet Family Neighborhood with a Pool Nearby

This was our third time staying in this quiet neighborhood off Clements Ferry Road. Family lives very close by. This house was nice but needs a few repairs or updates. A corner of the carpet in living room near kitchen was lifted up causing a tripping hazard. That’s an easy fix. In front bedroom, the tub drained very slowly and the toilet needed a couple flushes. Maybe also easy updates. The kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes and glasses. All appliances seemed new and in good condition. The beds were firm and comfortable. Overall it was a good value.

Poor communication, otherwise just okay

Poor communication from host, otherwise okay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The townhome looked like the pictures, with exception of water stained ceiling, spotty carpets, and broken towel holder in bathroom. Simple touchups could make this appear a bit nicer. It was fine for our couple of nights that we stayed there, but I would not stay again due to the fact that the host never responded to my questions. I sent messages twice and neither were responded to.

65th Birthday Celebration Girl's Getaway

Kudos to Autumn and Austin! Their property was immaculate and comfortable. I have vacationed in several rentals, but this one was the best. The entire process in securing this home was so simple. The communication with Autumn was professional and a class act. If you want a clean, safe, place to getaway, I recommend this couple. They were awesome and the property is was beautifully furnished with comfortable beds, sofas, and chairs inside and outside in the enclosed patio. I look forward to visiting this property and encourage others to check it out!

What a lovely visit to Charleston!

We felt so pampered staying here.There was small things that made such a huge difference. We brought along many things but we're pleasantly surprised to see that there was already toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, coffee creamers, cell phone chargers, and other attention to detail items. The unit was clean and there were bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels as well as many items in the kitchen that were provided. We loved the outside screened in lanai where we could drink coffee and some of us ate outside here as well. It was so nice for each of us to have the space needed to relax. The unit was very comfortable and felt cozy. The host responded very quickly to any questions we had. We will definitely plan to stay here again the next time we visit Charleston!

Charleston Golf Trip

1. The property manager never called me back after I called her about the TV 2. The unit looks as if the property manager or owner never comes in. The back screened in area was dirty, a piece of siding was lying on the ground in that area. The back screen door closer was not connected to the frame. Very unkept are. 3. We were hoping the unit had a blender, it didn't 4. The unit didn't even have a cork screw for wine. Had to go to a neighbor for that. 5. Got an email from the property manager for us to tidy up and take the sheets off the bed, take out the trash, and put the dirty linen and towels in a pile. ( doing their job ) or we would be fined. If anyone should tidy up it should be the owner or property manager. 6. The light over the dining room table did not work. 7. All the forks and spoons and knives were a missed matched set. This entire place should be cleaned and things replaced with new items. I was very disappointed with this unit. I use VRBO often. This was one I would not use again.
